Was given a referral and went in for a consultation. No one looked at the referral, kept asking about a cleaning, and when my daughter had xrays done, they asked what happened to her front tooth. Well, it broke and that's why were referred here. "So, you don't want her teeth cleaned?" When I said no for the 4th time, they just kind of washed their hands of us.

From the gruff receptionist to the rough Dr, Friendly Dental/Mooresville is NOT Friendly or an acceptable option for me. They were angry with me for going to the UNC-Chapel hill for an implant and crown...never mind that I cannot afford their cost with no insurance...so the Doctor was unnecessarily rough with me when I have a problem with the healing abutment. He had my gum so blanched that it throbbed for over 24 hours. HE WILL NEVER TOUCH ME AGAIN.

The front desk people are very rude especially kathrine who is the manager as she say. i came in on time for my appt. But they told me they were running behind so i had to come back the next day. But i couldnt make it cause i couldnt find my keys nd i called a head of time but they told me i couldnt come back if so it had to be a walk-in cause i missed appointments before. But which is massed up because its ok for you to waste your gas and time to come up there and they tell you gotta come back the next day cause they busy.

They are horrible at dentistry work. Chipped a tooth then wouldn’t fix it causing more issues with my teeth than before going in. Refused to fill more than one tooth at a time on my daughter who makes a child come in over and over again to be worked on instead of doing more at once as requested.

Everyone was in a hurry and after spending over $6000 I felt they could have at lest pretended to care about the out come of their work. They was just in a hurry to get to next patient. My last appointment I was in tears for the lack of respect.

Best Dentist & office and staff I've been to in 10 years! Dr. Nagel works fast and corrects problems with no 'comebacks.' Also has an excellent sense of humor.
