Friendly Dental Group of Mooresville

Great dental office. The front office staff are wonderful. I’ve never had an issue making an appointment and have even been seen last minute for a dental emergency. After arriving for my appointment, my wait time is usually less than 5 mins before being taken back to an exam room. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nagle for over a year now. He’s quick and efficient, which I love. He explains everything in detail and answers any questions I may have. The same goes for each of the hygenists I’ve seen. They are all very knowledgeable and informative. All of the staff have been so nice each time I’ve been there and every visit has been a pleasant one. I can’t say enough good things about this office.

I had an excellent phone call with Regional Manager Steve regarding my visit; he is a great guy and took the time to discuss my concerns regarding treatment and my visit. Steve was very polite and showed a great deal of empathy towards me and my family.

Steve is definitely running a tight ship and cares about his customers.

Took our son last week, he is 7 years old. They told me that I could not go back with him, finally after making a small scene they allowed me back once there my child was so scared he was shaking in the seat! The staff had no bed side manner and was extremely rude! My son got it the car crying saying " I don't want to loose my teeth, don't let them take them".
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

My teeth and tmj have always given me issues. From cavity fills to root canals, I generally dread the dentist. The staff and dentists here are really professional and attentive and took a lot of care into making sure I'm comfortable and the work they complete doesn't give me any problems after I leave the office. Their out of pocket price was very reasonable, and allowed me to get the help I needed when my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure.

The name definitely fits the service. The friendly Dental Group offered my son an dental exam using their mobile dental van at his school. He was sent home with a dental report card along with a dental goody bag. I immediately followed up and made appointments for both of my children. The staff was friendly, no long waiting or over filled waiting area. They send reminder text messages for follow up appointments and are great with making sure there are no billing surprises. I highly recommend the Friendly Dental Group!👍

I absolutely love coming to Friendly Dental! I had my braces put on and taken off here and I also get my routine cleanings here! The staff is so kind and welcoming. Their services definitely beat any other dentist office that I have been to.

I really love this place it really overcomes any expectations. Its also super clean.

Scheduled an appointment online3 weeks in advance. Received email to reschedule, so I did. Was not welcomed when entered. Staff said that my appointment wasn’t on their schedule, and then continued to say that they received my confirmation of my appointment but I wasn’t on the schedule and they we’re booked. When asked why I wasn’t put on the schedule when they received confirmation, they had no excuse. Dr. Bagel Lost out on quite a bit of money from me. Would you trust this facility If appointments can’t even be made correctly?

I actually like coming to this dental office. All the staff have been very kind and cool thus far. They dont treat you like a peasant because you have medicaid. And you can tell the dentist actually care. I feel very comfortable while I'm there which is not easy for me based on previous experiences at other dentist office..
