The staff is very professional and efficient. I have walking, cognitive and sensitivity issues due to Multiple Sclerosis. The patience, understanding & assistance I received during my visit was excellent! The entire staff went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. They're ability to take the time to accommodate my physical limitations was very comforting and allowed me to have a wonderful dental visit. I'll most definitely be returning to this office for any dental issues in the future.

Very Disappointing in the service. They would not see my grandson because my grandson's name is connected to his father, whom owes them money. Even though they have seen my grandson before and Lakeshore was paid in full as my grandson who has coverage not related to his dad.

Went in for my first ever root canal. I was nervous, but I had nothing to be worried about. I was in great hands, and everything went so smoothly and painlessly.
Went in 2 weeks later to get my permanent filling. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Also, the dental assistant was very friendly and informative as well. I love this place!

Thank you all for being so kind and making this a great experience. It's not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. I came in with an extremely painful cavity and never felt any pain or discomfort during the entire procedure.

As always the staff is friendly and polite at this location. Dr. Nagel is very friendly, skilled, and does great work. No complaints from me.
I have arrived 15 to 30 minutes early and most of the time they're able to see me within minutes of getting there,even if its still before my scheduled appointment time. I have been here several times in recent years for a few different procedures and routine cleanings,and will continue to. If you have to go the dentist, it may as well be a great one right?

The office staff is incompetent and you can't trust that they've actually set an appointment. It's especially a problem when it's an orthodontic appointment and that available day for those types of visits is every 6 weeks. Take my advice and don't lock yourself into an orthodontic contract with an office you're going to hate for 2 years. Unfortunately, I am stuck going there for my daughter's orthodontic work but I'm looking for a better dental office with genuinely friendly staff for the rest of the family's dental needs.
