I had a first appointment with Friendly Dental for my tooth issue. The girls upfront were amazing! Then came the amazing Liz who made me feel so relaxed.. She built a bond with me before even trying to discuss my teeth. She explained every single step. Then came the first grumpy dentist, who I honestly don’t remember or care to remember. He didn’t say one word to me even after I said Hey Doc. He told Liz my issues and then left.. She had to explain what he said and it wasn’t a good feeling.. Fast forward to my 2nd appt (the same week, amazing!) and I was introduced to another angel Dr.Mendez. His vibe was contagious and he kept checking on me. It was the most comfortable experience I have ever had at a dentist. I would definitely recommend this place just be careful about the dentist you choose.. Dr.Mendez and Liz you definitely have a new patient. In a world full of hate, you showed your kindness and I’ll never forget. I will pay it forward.
