I recently moved here from Calif. Friendly Dental was recommended . I had an infected tooth. with a lot of pain. Everything was explained to me in detail as what had to be done, the staff was friendly and very helpful they made me feel really comfortable. Second visit the tooth was extracted within seconds, and it is healing nicely with no pain at all. Again the staff was friendly and professional. The Dentist was amazing. I highly recommend Friendly Dental they really live up to their name.

My first visit at Friendly Dental was "Awesome" everybody was really friendly, from the front desk to the assistants and the Doctor. Dr. Nagel took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting each procedure. I would recommend friendly Dental to anybody that wants to have quality care in a friendly environment.

I went years to have a filling and the dentist drilled too deep hitting a nerve. The next time I went in because of an infection. The dentist actually admitted that he may have drilled to deep, but yet expected me to pay for the root canal that he reccomended. I have gone together dentist since, and they said that my root canal should have been paid for. Now I have to get my tooth pulled, which that us not what I wanted. I will never go back!

This office houses some of the rudest front desk staff I have ever encountered. The dentist themselves are not far off either. When asking about my treatment plan, there were short with me and lacked the ability to further explain in depth about my concerns. The staff repeatedly refused to worth with me when it came to the situation in my life (not financially speaking) and when I tried to explain the situation they continued to be rude, short tempered and were sighing loudly.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, friend or foe. Spend your time and money with a staff and dentist who will truly care about you.

Horrible! More like a Factory. I went in for a Invisalign consult they attempted to charged me triple the price for my upper teeth for one small spacing , from what I had initially paid elsewhere for both upper and lower (hilarious). Then they insisted I needed a deep cleaning before getting a regular cleaning (when I just had it done last year two month ago). They made me re-schedule the appointment. I was told they would call me to reschedule because there were so many people waiting ( like I said factory). Waited for a month no call so I called in myself. I refused the deep cleaning knowing it was not needed all they wanted was to bill my insurance but they advised me THEY COULD NOT do regular cleaning unless I do the Deep first. From my understanding they cant force you to do a specific type of treatment if you refuse but that was not my outcome. I ended up taking my daughter and myself somewhere else were staff are friendly and are not trying to overbill for unnecessary services. By the way I work for CMS so a complaint was sent.

My oldest daughter is going through the journey of "BRACES" with Friendly Dental and she has been treated very well. Her teeth are looking amazing. She never dreads going and although a bit sore after each visit ( just part of it ) she is doing well.My youngest daughter has been seen for cleanings and a few days ago had 3 extractions in preparation for her braces. The procedure was calm and organized. They treat her so very well. I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Nagal is helping me on a very extensive dental journey to restore missing teeth. This is a difficult journey for me for many reasons.....let's face it adult teeth loss is not an easy situation to be in ( mentally or physically ) and a day at the dentist having teeth pulled, drilled, filed down and other things we would just rather not do, is no day at the spa. But I feel the I have been treated gently and with respect from Dr. Nagal and his entire staff.I would recommend this office for any age. They have offered me solutions for replacements that are so different and attractive from what other Doctors offer. I can't wait to see my children's results. I can't wait to see my own results.

My experiences with this dentist started out okay. We would come in the morning and were usually seen right away. Eventually we moved to afternoon appointments to avoid my children missing school. This meant that the office waiting room was standing room only and took longer to go back and longer to wait when in the chair. This was an inconvenience, but something that we put up with.

They recommended sealants for both of my children, so we went ahead and had them done based on that recommendation. One of the sealants failed and allowed a cavity to form under the sealant, which eventually needed a root canal. The dentist who saw my daughter and identified the need for a root canal had his own practice and only worked for Friendly Dental on Thursdays, I guess to supplement his income. He criticized the sealant job wholeheartedly, saying that it had failed due to poor installation and that it had caused the need of the root canal. He continued complaining about the sealant install until my wife and the hygienist told him that the sealant was put on at Friendly dental. After that he clammed up, realizing his error of making his employer look bad.

We were extremely frustrated by this and tried to work with their office staff to get a discount on the root canal since it was caused by the poor sealant install job per their own dentist. They immediately denied that the dentist ever said anything about the sealant problem, basically calling my wife and daughter liars. On top of that, while the Dentist and Hygienist were performing the root canal, they sat there and gossiped about another member of the staff, right there in front of my daughter and I!

Needless to say we left Friendly Dental. I refuse to do business with an organization that lies to cover up their mistakes.

The silver lining out of this problem is that because of this frustrating experience, we decided to use Angie's List to find a reputable dentist. And boy did we ever!!! My children actually love going to the dentist, and we aren't treated like cattle. Had it not been for this issue, we would have never found our new dentist!

I tried to schedule an appointment online, and told them my dates I was available 3 weeks in advance and they replied with the times available for those days. I was happy with the choices they gave me at 9 am and 10:30 am. I told them 9 am was fine. The next day I get an email saying that time slot is already taken, but the 10:30 was still available. I promptly responded saying that would be fine. The next day I got another email saying the 10:30 was now booked and the other day I was available on was all full. Maybe if you tell people that you have an appointment slot open, you shouldn't continue to offer it to other people! This place is a joke. You shouldn't have to "pull teeth" to get an appointment. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go because clearly they don't care about their patients.

My wife went yesterday and the x-ray tech and dental hygienist were very friendly and nice. The dentist was okay as it was the end of the day and he spent about 2 minutes looking at her teeth and rushed through a description of what was wrong and walked out saying that the secretary would give her more information. It appeared he was more concerned with leaving than speaking to his patient.
