Coming from out of town, I wasn’t sure about what office I would go to. But “Friendly dental” just had a jingle to it that drew me in. The staff is very well mannered and my experience has been awesome everytime. Shak the lab case manager always made sure my cases were back on time ;)

Hands down the best dental facility in mooresville. Always clean and organized... everyone is always helpful and pleasant and accommodating. I absolutely adore Jen she makes you feel relaxed talks to you makes sure you're doing good throughout the appointment and she's funny. The front desk girls are so awesome and sweet and extra points for being bilingual. I am grateful that they accept medicaid so I am able to be taken care of at such a great facility and I just switched my kids over too. Thank you everyone at Friendly Dental! 🦷🪥

I did not have a current dentist and I had a crown break. I tried several places and was told they were too busy. Friendly Dental got me in and I felt like I had been going to them for years! The entire staff lives up to the name "Friendly". They set me up with a temp crown and then with the permanent crown 3 weeks later. They then set me up to get me back on my regular routine. They did a great job and they did it with care!

This is a very friendly space and the staff is amazing, specially Kayla who is very professional and explained everything. I really felt comfortable even at a dentist office. The girls at the front desk were very helpful specially with the insurance part; and they are bilingual so that is a plus!

The staff here definitely live up to their name of being friendly. I've been here a few times and each time they are patient and loving with any questions/concerns I have. They do a great job and have even referred me to a oral surgeon when they felt they needed to. Definitely a place I recommend to go to!

Simply put, find another dentist. Had my cleaning appointment cancelled 5 times and a crown cancelled once. My son had his cleaning appointment cancelled too. The problem is they don't even contact you to let you know! Our time is just as valuable as their time, but apparently they don't see it that way. No messages, emails or texts were left. In fact, we even got a text CONFIRMING the appointment the day before. Poorly run office.
