Best dentist team!! So welcoming and helpful!

I had such a great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while but they made me feel so welcomed.i had some trouble filling oit paper work but the front desk people were great about any questions I had. I can't remember her name but but the short girl with the dark hair I think she was an assistant was so kind and answered any questions I had. Dr nagel was great he had a great sense of humor. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Horrible Experience! The front staff is extremely unwelcoming and UNfriendly. Katherine Eyer, the office manager, has a negative attitude and it's apparent she does not enjoy dealing with patients. She is condescending and argumentative and I have never felt so unwelcome in a dentist's office in my entire life. I will be switching my daughter's dentist as a result and will never go back. I will say the dental assistants were wonderful and friendly and were great with my daughter. It's the front staff that needs to be changed. Since that is the first impression of a business, I would strongly urge Friendly Dental to reconsider who is greeting their patients.

I have my dental work done here because they are in network for my dental plan. The dentist and his assistants are always great. The work is good and they are always easy to communicate with. My only complaint is with the front desk and billing. Even though they are in network, each visit, they ask for the full amount before network adjustments. Before each visit, I have to check with my insurance to see what I will owe or else I would be overcharged.

I have been going to Friendly Dental since I moved here three years ago. They were always very busy but polite until last week. I never saw the same dentist which didn't bother me but if that is what you are looking for, this isn't the place for you. The incident that happened last week is the reason I will never go back. I am a full time mom and I didn't have anyone to watch my son while I got my teeth cleaned. My friend said that Friendly Dental had let her keep her 5 month old on her lap so I figured my 8 month old could sit in his stroller. I checked in and sat down. Five minutes later they called me back up to the desk and with a very condescending tone of voice told me that he can not be in the room with me while I am getting my teeth cleaned because of germs and its for his benefit. I told them it is difficult for me to get a sitter and they seemed very uncaring and unwilling to work with me. They then proceeded to tell me that the next available appointment wasn't until the end of May beginning of June. I walked out, never to go back.

Doc Mason was great! He was very compassionate and supportive. He listened and responded to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone I speak to about dental extractions.

Mia's Mom was also terrific! She helped me to relax and deal with my anxiety. She was a real pro!

My daughter's hygienist was extremely friendly and personable. Mine was not very personable, but she was professional. The front desk staff is not especially friendly or talkative. However, they were professional. I cannot speak to Dr. Nagel's work, as we have not had any done yet. But in checking our teeth, he barely spent any time speaking with me at either appointment, and did not seem to be happy or cheerful. My hope is that he tries to get to know us in the future.

They shouldn’t be accepting new patients. Took over an 1 1/2 for my first visit. After my first visit which was only xrays and a checkup, I needed to schedule another appt to get my teeth cleaned. They have over a 2 month waiting list. I asked off I could make my cleaning at another location and they said they would have to re do my initial visit. I am beyond frustrated.

You really have to question a business that PAYS for good reviews on social media, so don't believe the reviews always. My experience here was awful from the rude receptionist to the incompetent dentist. Some of the part-time dentists were absolutely fine and their work was fine, however the owner of these dental practices must have got his degree from a cracker jack box. My old dentist was astonished at how bad the work on my teeth was. I was told false information that would have led me to have spent thousands out of pocket for extractions not needed. I decided to go back to my old dentist, even though the office is not very close. My old dentist did all of my dental work skillfully and hardly cost me a dime out of pocket. I went here for convenience since it is close to where I live, but convenience isn't always worth it.
