I’m having 3 implants and yesterday I had the titanium posts inserted. I was amazed at the ease in which it was done and the sort amount of time it took. Premier has done a wonderful job so far in this process, very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I arrived a half hour early and they got me right in. Very pleased with my experience.!

Just found out they messed up my other root canal up also. Premier Care Dental is by far the worst and unprofessional business ever. They messed up on $4000 worth of work and they treat there patients horrible. When I asked for them to help me cause I was in pain after my bridge procedure. The nurse told me that another dentist at the office got paid for that job so I shouldn’t ask the dentists on duty that day to fix it. They also admitted to doing it wrong and that it needed to be taken out a done again. So miss more work,deal with more pain because they rushed it the first time and just rolled the dice in my mouth. They did another root canal prior to this and now I’m having pain to cold water there. My new dentist said that it also was not done correctly. Time to go to small claims since they won’t refund me my money. They will redo them work but why would I trust them. Beware.

Once in the chair I was told what procedures would take place. Along the way asked of my physical comfort during the process.
Once done conversation about future visit. I never felt in the dark about anything.

As weird as it might sound, it's always a pleasure going to premiere dental Care in Ashland. As a Siskiyou County California resident, there are very limited dental options and having such a great place right across the border makes it both economical and timely to be able to make the drive to visit the very friendly staff who always provide quality care at reasonable prices.

Great customer service from the first time I walked in the door for my first checkup and has continued to be 5 star on my follow up appointment. Leanne and Dr. Bradshaw are AMAZING as I'm sure the rest of the staff and doctors are too!!!
I drove over 200 miles to try them out and have another appointment scheduled. I would reccomend this office to everybody!

Dr. Llyod is one of the best dentist that I encountered in my life so far! He is professional and gentle on my teeth, I had several crowns and root canals done and I'm very pleased with his work. I also love all the staff that worked with him and the front desk ladies. Thank y'all so much!
