Nothing worse than watching someone you love and
care about suffering in pain. Having been mom's care-
taker (RIP) for over 8 years, I was involved with all her
appointments, helping her get to them safely. Dozens
of them were for dental care in the greater Redding, Ca.
area. Let's just say I was not impressed with the care
I saw mom receive.
So after watching my wife Virginia go through 3 tubes
of Oral-Jell, over the weekend, I knew I needed a no-
nonsense, caring and professional dental office, staff
and doctor on Monday morning.
As luck would have it. (I don't believe in luck) I had just
received a flyer in the mail from Ashland, Oregon's
Premier Care Dental. After looking over both sides of
the postcard my thoughts were, "Now here is a
professional company that actually wants our business."
Now, Virginia is not someone that wants to go to any
dentist, especially drive any distance to get to one. I was
insistent. "Get up, take a shower, dress we are going to
Ashland to take care of this". WE HAD NO APPOINTMENT.
So we left Redding at 5:30 am, Pretty-much on faith, that
Premier Care would deliver on their namesake. And they
did. We arrived just after 8am (with rest stops and food
for us and our dog Pickles). By 10am it was over.
Virginia was in the car with the dog as I settled the bill
with Mandy Pearce EFDA., assured me, Virginia
had been taken care of and had been given supplies
to help deal with the pain. So after scheduling another
appointment to insure Virginia does not find herself in
this spot ever again we were back on the road South to
Yreka and Rain Rock Casino, as I had promised her.
It was only then that Virginia told me they had done an
exam, and extraction. What a blessing for us.
So I give, without reservation, 5 stars to Premier Care
Dental. I've already posted recommendations on my
Social Media telling the world just how much we both
appreciate this fine company.
The way I look at it is, We were willing to go the extra
mile on faith and they went the extra mile for us.

The doctors and staff are up-beat, courteous and very professional. My hygienist Sam was terrific. She was engaging, had a gentle touch, was very knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out of my cleaning in less than 30 minutes! I visit the office in Ashland, but have been to the Medford office as well. I would definitely recommend any of their offices for services.

All of your employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile and a friendly hello. They are helpful and always eager to assist me in any way necessary. I would especially like to compliment Mandy on her people skills. She is especially good at her job and puts me at ease. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of her. How many people can say the enjoy the dentist ? Probably all of your clients. I would recommend any one to your office. Mandy is an exceptional young lady and you are lucky to have her in your employment.

I have never had a dentist/doctor and their team go so far above and beyond for me. I got my wisdom teeth removed today and unfortunately, they haven't stopped bleeding all afternoon/evening. I'm that rare case that is having a hard time clotting.
Anyway, Dr. Peterson and his Dental Assistant Leanne gave me their person cellphone numbers and have coached me and checked up on my through the night. They told me to keep their numbers and call them if I need anything, regardless of what time it is.
This selfless act of custom service is rare and extremely appreciated. I'd definitely recommend coming here for any dental work.
