I love Premier Care Dental in Ashland. They are my people. Always very friendly, never have a hard time getting in. I trust them to look out for me. My teeth cleaning was great and she was very friendly. The whole staff is awesome. Leanne is a doll and very good at her job.

The experience I had with Brooklyn, dental hygienist was like spending time in a “spa” a real good and refreshing feeling after my dental cleaning. My regular dentist of 25 plus years retired and I rarely have dental emergencies but one of my crowns broke off causing extreme sensitivity. My son recommended this office for quick efficient and kind compassionate service. From the initial phone call to the office visit , I felt like I had been going there for years. Dr. Bradshaw is amazing and Kelly is such a good hygienist with thought and care explaining everything and what to expect . My pain tolerance is very low when it comes to my teeth 🦷 and they were able to put a temporary crown on right before Thanksgiving to calm that tooth down . I highly recommend this office and I’m very picky when it comes to medical professionals. 🙌🏻🦷😷

We are from Idaho but traveling through Southern Oregon when my wife pulled a crown loose. We were fortunate to be referred to Premier Care Dental who made same day room in their schedule for her. The office is impeccably clean, the staff was superior and professional. Lastly, the cost to re-cement the crown was very reasonable. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful office!

I was looking for a new dentist as my other dentist is semi retired. I came across the glowing reviews of Premier. I made an appointment for a cleaning. It could’ve been an off day but when I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call and I just waited there, I was hoping to get a wave or some kind of acknowledgement that she saw me but that didn’t happen, luckily after a few minutes another person noticed me and checked me in. I had to get my insurance card out twice from my purse as they forgot to take a front and back copy- no big deal. I meet with the hygienist and she asks me all these personal questions and medical history and then had plenty of gasps and reaction noises from my responses. I start to feel uncomfortable and think with all the dentist offices popping up everywhere why did I choose this one? The hygienist hands me a new patient “gift” it is a plastic shopping bag with the dentist name and phone number on it so, I can advertise around town for the office to get new patients- not to sound ungrateful for the “gift” but I don’t advertise for a company I know nothing about and have had a rocky experience with thus far. I ask if they could wait and do X-rays next time or if after the cleaning, if they notice anything wrong with my teeth if we could take the X-rays then. They refuse and will only clean my teeth if I get X-rays first. I try to explain that I have no pain, bleeding, soreness, redness etc but I would like to hold off on being exposed to radiation if it is not necessary, the doctor then tells me that X-rays are like being exposed to the sun........!? I have trouble with this statement. At this point I tell him I don’t think we are a match, he agrees. I get up to leave and think to myself when did dentists start to bully their patients and do patients not have a say at all?
