I was in so much pain when I went in you guys got me in fast and we’re so incredibly kind because of my bad experience I was scared dentist made me feel incredibly comfortable pulled my teeth in minutes and it was an amazing experience I will be back and told my family and friends about it

I had a dental emergency from a tooth being cracked in half ! Worse pain ever - tooth pain. I live in northern Cali - and I called all around to find someone to get me in. Premier was able to get me in as soon as I could drive there. I wasn’t in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. I wasn’t left waiting in the room. Every staff that’s there, was kind and helpful. They explained all the financial business to both my wife and I, and I gave us privacy to discuss options, as I don’t have dental insurance. I was able to get insurance through them for the next year. They did their best to make me comfortable, in spite of the amount of pain I was in. I felt comfortable and safe. I HIGHLY recommend them. And how many people can say that about a dentist!? I’m excited to be taken care of their for years to come! Thank you again - so much. You saved me today !

I always feel welcomed and comfortable at the Ashland Premier Care Dental office. I have seen three different dental assistant/hygienists and two different dentists and they have all made me feel at ease and have been thorough, communicative, and caring. Everyone at the front desk is also great: quick, efficient, and kind. I hate going to the dentist in general, but I’m always relieved after going to this office.

I had an emergency situation on 02.16.2022 when my bridge suddenly popped off. It was placed 10+ years ago over 3 implants, in another country. The Ashland staff was able to schedule me for February 17. Dr Bradshaw fixed it; he and his assistant (unfortunately I didn’t get the assistant’s name) did an excellent job. Very thankful for great service and professional work.

Mandy has been my dental assistant a couple times and she has to be one of the most genuinely compassionate people I’ve ever met and I get Dr Peterson almost all visits (unless I need something and he’s not in) and he’s very efficient but still takes the time with you and has a good sense of humor. I moved to California and still go to them. Very accommodating to my schedule since I travel and always on time. They don’t do any unnecessary work and are very good at the work they do.

Anna cleaned my teeth for me today. She has a gentle touch and was so thorough. Anna explained things simply enough that I now have a better understanding about the health of my gums and teeth. The office always plays the best music too

This office has the kindest people working here. I come for regular cleanings with my hygienist Brooke, who is truly AMAZING!!! I have seen a couple of the Dentists as well, they are smooth, quick, and painless at what they do. The office has a lighthearted feeling down every hallway....happy music playing and genuine care for what they need to do.

I'm a new patient and I've just completed the second visit of my treatment plan. On both occasions, I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly welcome from Rhonda at the front desk, and then things got better! Kellee (first visit), Desiree (second visit), and Dr. Lloyd were great. Patient-focused, caring, and technically proficient. And each of them are great communicators. LOTS of explanation, and all of my many questions were answered. And they play my kind of music! Simply stated, professionalism with a personal touch.😁
