This is a clean, friendly practice in a convenient location. My favorite hygienist is amazing! Kind, gentle, and efficient. The best part is how she handles the rinsing and suction. She keeps me from having to swallow dental polish, or feeling like I'm drowning from all of the water and saliva.

Desiree helped me today. I usually have an amazing experience with Samantha and her dentist. They are always so friendly with me. However, I went in today and neither of them were available so Desiree helped me. I had concerns regarding my night guard giving me canker sores when I wear it and wanted to see if there were any other solutions besides having to deep clean It every morning and night with only mild improvement. After she shared with me it was probably due to eating acidic foods, she shared with me there’s nothing I can do since the doctor there said my tongue must has a mind of its own and will rub on it during my sleep. Since I’ve never had this issue with any of my other mouth guards, I tried to ask her if there were other solutions like getting it fit again or slimming it down so my tongue didn’t rub as much. She said there was not and it would not change the problem of getting canker sores. She then said “Sometimes in life you have to adapt and things are inconvenient, but you just have to deal with it”. She pretty much implied that having canker sores are nothing compared to what will happen if I didn’t wear my mouth guard due to night grinding. I left within a 5 min consultation with her as I felt completely dismissed, invalidated and condescended to. I took off time of work to have this appointment and was very disappointed with my care since every other time it’s been so amazing.

The facility is exceptionally clean, and the attention to health and safety is outstanding - I've been completely comfortable, even in the age of COVID. I have purchased the annual plan twice, and highly recommend it - it's affordable and includes major preventive services as well as discounts on fillings, crowns, and items such as night mouth guards.
