Predatory pricing and service from this group. As a continuing patient, I showed up for a cleaning. And it was a regular 30-minute deal, like the 100 or so other cleanings I’ve had over the years, with no special treatment modalities and no special attention to any portion of gums or teeth that would have been a problem. When I was ready to check out, however, I was presented with a higher bill for “Periodontal Maintenance.” I said it was unreasonable given the service that was provided and insisted on receiving a revised invoice. Their response, transmitted by e-mail and phone was: (1) “You will pay our bill,” with no explanation (in other words, “we are under no ethical obligation to explain our fees to you, our patient”), and (2) “You are no longer a patient here!” Well, #2 was a surprise, but easily remedied with a single call to another office. Good riddance to these buffoons!

Amazing quality of service and care. I was traveling through town and had an emergency and they fit me in first thing next morning. I was seen promptly and Mandy was very kind and helpful getting me set for the doctor. I saw Dr Lloyd and he too was kind, considerate of my concerns, explained options and then performed the oral surgery right then - painlessly! Best dental experience I’ve ever had and I was so lucky to find them. I’m sorry I don’t live there to have them continue to provide my dental services.
