I feel so sorry for allowing my fear of tooth extraction to control my decision to see the dentist. When the pain became unbearable, I finally decided to see Dr. LLOYD. What an experience: no pain, no discomfort, no bleeding, no side effects, super easy healing! 4 wisdom teeth were done in no time! I was in my yoga class for the next session!
I thought Dr. LLOYD was just preparing my mouth for the procedure and when he told "all done", I thought it was a joke :-) So fast, so easy! Well done, dear Dr. LLOYD! I would like also to say a special "THANK YOU" to the assistant LEANNE. I was treated with a lot of RESPECT AND COMPASSION. Both Dr.LLOYD and LEANNE were very attentive to my condition.
Great service from the beginning till end. I was given a delicious protein smoothie to take home after the procedure, I received a follow up phone call next day from LEANNE, there was an emergency hot line available 24/7 if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU DR. LLOYD!!!

Really impressed with this place! From the girl who answers my 101 questions when I called the first time to the hygienist to the Dentist himself and all the work I had done I could not be happier! The drive from Redding was a bummer but totally worth it since I spent $913 instead of over $3,000 at my local dentist! Thanks for fixing me up! You guys are great!

The dental care was great. Unfortunately, they did not do a pre-screening or temperature checks of any persons coming in for an appointment while I was there. With indoor mask mandates in place, the front receptionist pulled down her mask to talk with coworkers, and had it sitting under her nose for another part of my hour wait. Knowing aerosolized coronavirus can circumvent an enclosed room in 5 minutes, and that the WHO has deemed dental visits high risk and to avoid non-essential treatments, I am shocked that neither temp checks nor appropriate mask wearing by staff were being done. I would not return due to this.

Had some major work done with multiple extractions, temporary crown and small filling. A lot to undergo. The professionalism combined with comforting humor and supportive care made this experience way better than I could have imagined. So thankful to have found this wonderful dentistry office.

I don't believe I was told that after the numbing shot wore off that there was a high level of pain. I was not given anything like an after visit summary that would explain what to expect. The pain was very severe but I had some old prescription pain pills to get me thru the night. I just feel I should have been given a warning or maybe I have another problem and should not have had any pain.

My interactions with Premier Care Dental were VERY disappointing, though they were very friendly and personable, they seem disorganized and not on top of their game. I went thru 7 unnecessary visits because they couldn't get my implant work done correctly, didn't fit correctly. My question about billing received multiple different answers and they couldn't tell me which insurance was making the payments and agree how much I owed at the end. Even with double coverage, I still had to pay what seemed like way too much money and then the extra time missed for work with those 7 extra, UNNECESSARY visits. Probably going to find somewhere else to go for future dental work.

I would like to thank Mandy and Dr. Uffens for their excellent work replacing my crown on 12/2/2019. A surface fractured over the Thanksgiving holiday so I was looking to have it replaced immediately. Their quick work and great customer service are greatly appreciated.
