Gentle Dental Bend

There is a dental hygienist here named Alicia and she is absolutely amazing! I have requested her several times and my last visit I called and asked to be seen and they had an opening the same day and I didn’t think I would get Alicia and once I saw it was her I was so happy!! She takes her time and cares for every tooth!!! All the times I’ve had her I’ve left feeling like I had a new mouth. I’ve been to so many hygienists my whole life but she is one that I will always remember! Every time I brush and floss I think of her!! She definitely deserves a big big raise!!! She is excellent at her job!!!

Best dental office. Hygienist are always very gentle, very articulate, and thorough! The dentist’s have been doing an excellent job with my teeth for the past five years. C.J. had gone above and beyond to help me with an insurance claim issue in getting it resolved. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

The worst dentist office in central Oregon. Their customer service is horrible. They were booking out for months so I had been waiting for my appointment. They canceled multiple times without a text or phone call. Never once reached out to me, and I had set up and verified all my information when booking the appointment so they have my contact information. Showed up to a canceled appointment with nothing but a rude lady at the front desk. Will never be going here or trying to ever again. Ended up finding a much more “gentle” dentist office.

I was dealing with severe tooth pain so I went in for a new patient appointment on December 13th to get X-rays and appointments set up to fix my tooth situation. The assistant Sarah (I think is her name) was so kind to me and guided me through all the X-rays and made me super comfortable. When Dr. Webster came in to check my teeth he also made me feel super comfortable and let me know I had to have an extraction done and I would need some fillings. The whole appointment went by quickly and smoothly. When it was time to make the appointments they were able to get me in on the 23rd of December for my extraction! I was really happy that the next appointment was going to happen super soon.

On Sunday night I was dealing with unbearable pain in the tooth that was getting extracted so I called Monday morning to see if they had any earlier appointments open to get it out and they told me they would call me if they had any cancellations. Later in the day at around 4 pm I got a call back from them and they were able to get me in the next day on Tuesday at 9 am to get it out.

I went into the extraction appointment really nervous and all the assistants there reassured me throughout the appointment and when my extraction started I didn't feel any pain even with the numbing shot! I don't know how he did it but it went by so quickly and was so painless. The tooth also stayed in one piece which surprised me. At the end of the appointment we got me scheduled for a filling appointment for the 5th of January and a cleaning at the Redmond location in March.

During the first week of healing I never felt any pain at the extraction site, just a tiny bit of soreness. I'm now past 2 weeks since the appointment and the hole is shrinking and I feel great!

If you're dealing with an issue similar to mine I recommend going to Dr. Webster at Gentle Dental.

Samantha is excellent at running the front desk. I have been going here for years! They are always quick to get me in. I have had extensive dental work done here. Brandy made me the best temporary crown; it stayed on for weeks. The dentists are gentle, caring, and tidy.

I have been bringing my son in for appointments. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They walk through each step and make sure he is comfortable with all steps. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating, even though having to deal with sometimes tough clients. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!

First off everybody has their own opinions!! I think it's funny how someone's bad experience ends up being a novel I have had nothing but good experiences. Starting with Sam at the front desk very professional lots of energy you need that dealing with the public. Dr Webster and Bailey were amazing I have dental fears and high anxiety of needles in my mouth. Bailey comforted me the whole way through Dr Webster is amazing I did not feel anything!!! I think he needs to teach other dentists his secrets because I will no longer have fear of dental work again. Bailey was very thorough on aftercare she made me feel welcome to call if I had any more questions or concerns. On my way out I got to meet the manager Tracy all I can say is your doing something right. You have an amazing staff.

I’m just assuming my dentist name is Joseph, because he’s the only one not pictured on the website…. Let me tell y’all something. Best dentist I’ve had by far! I’ve lived in 6 other states. I’ve seen roughly 10 dentists. And this one (Joseph) wins. Very precessional, kind, caring, honest, and over-all, a cool guy. I’d recommend him to everyone.

As for the staff? They are amazing too. They make sure your comfy, numb, and in absolutely NO pain at all. They make sure you’re doing fine through the whole process as well.

I’ll stick with this office for as long as I can.

Manger is a Joke very Rude and won't admit there are huge issues
First I called with horrible tooth pain was told I could come get the tooth fixed. Show up for them to bill me 300 and then I'm told I can get it pulled in 3 weeks.
My daughter was next orthodontic called them 3 times with no response wife called twice and Finally drove down telling them the orthodontic DR needed a tooth fixed so we could proceed. They say yes we had a cancelation today. Guess what they again didn't fix it and scheduled her for another month out.
My wife was last. She has horrible dental anxiety spoke to the ladies up front and was told she could get her tooth pulled. She said ok I'm going to call my doctor to get anxiety medicine for the procedure. She got her medication and just called this morning to see if they had time to do another tooth as well since she was going to be on the medication. Just to find out that again they had no plans to fix this tooth. She would have shown up on the medication and taken it for no reason because the front staff told her she was getting a tooth pulled that day. I will say the DR and front staff were very nice just not scheduling things correctly. And the Manger is beyond Rude.

Apparently the manager thinks it's OK for the front desk to tell customers over and over again that they will have a tooth extraction and when they order medication and plan to show up on the medication they don't plan to follow through on your appointment. Because it was scheduled wrong If the front desk isn't sure on what needs to be done they shouldn't be saying that they can extract your tooth. And the manager should learn proper customer service when the customer is the one paying.
