I have dental anxiety and i was sooooooo scared to go to the dentist. Gentle Dental helped me figure out a game plan to get mu teeth fixed and my health back on track. Even if you need to be referred out to a oral surgeon they can do that. Go to Gentle Dental Bend you won't be disappointed.

I heard them screening some people for Covid 19 and not others. Not practicing social distancing at all. Long wait times in crammed lobbies. Then the receptionist and male flirting behind the counter with patients waiting in the lobby! Will not recommend this place to anyone as they don’t care about the safety of their patients!!

This dental office has zero priority to make you feel better!!! Worst customer care ever!!! Waiting in pain for over 6 hours waiting for a perscription to called in!! Have called back 5 times still no help!!

Called in on Friday for appointment they said they had no openings and that I could come in at 7am Monday for first come first serve. Wouldn’t give me a appointment, while waiting over a hour even though I was first I heard them schedule other people for same day toothaches. I ended up in the urgent care 2 days in a row and sat in their waiting room Monday with a visibly swollen face up to my eyeball. If this is their system it isn’t working.

Had a tooth pulled and it looks like they took the drill all the way down my cheek. It’s been a week and in the most pain of my life. Haven’t slept much. Absolutely the worst dentist office ever.

Went in for a visit was told they would send out a referral for me. It’s been almost two months multiple phone calls to them, with multiple voicemails left. They don’t call back and I have yet to receive a referral for my wisdom teeth to be pulled.

They got me in so quickly to get a tooth extracted the doctor and his assistant were so comforting with my fear of needles and got the tooth out so quickly that I didn’t feel any pressure from how fast he to get it out. I appreciate you guys so much!

Good luck if you have a dental emergency. They told me I have to wait almost 2 months to been seen to get the gaping hole in my tooth fixed.
