We have had a great experience here due to the doctors, staff and especially the incredible efforts of the Office Manager, Susan- she is outstanding and really goes above and beyond for the patients. Thank you for providing excellent service especially during such challenging times.

Showed up for appointment and they said they couldn't get me in, said they were double booked all day. They gave me NO prior warning even though they have my phone number, I took a day off work which is very inconvenient. Waited 2 weeks for this appointment and would never recommend Gentle Dental to anyone, if you value your time at all and have a choice do not go here.

Brought my daughter in for her first appointment at 9am. They scheduled about 6 other kids at 9am. The same time. Absolutely rude to sit in a queue after waiting over a month for the appointment. I'll be getting another dentist.

I recently had a broken molar that I went to Gentle Dental in Bend per my health plan to have treated. Upon examination by Dr.Henri, I was given multiple treatment options, from a root canal if anything could be saved for a possible crown(the tooth was pretty badly decayed below) or extraction with bone graft for possible future implant, or just straight up extraction. Dr. Henri told me confidently that he was 85% sure the tooth was beyond repair. With his insight I decided to go with the extraction with bone graft which was done all at once and in under an hour. I was conscious for the procedure, but was given sufficient nitrous oxide and novocaine. Dr. Henri confirmed his suspicion about the state of the underlying root once the extraction commenced. That saved me having to attempt a root canal and crown that may have very well failed. The extraction went fine and bone graft healed perfectly. Thanks to Dr. Henri and the great hygienists that helped out and office staff too!

Since moving to their new location & our dentist moving out of the area this place isnt as good. Takes up to a few months to get in due to the over capacity of taking on more patients. I'd like to see them stop taking on new patients & take better care of the ones they do have.

They’ll take your teeth and leave you in pain... Tell you to take meds after you tell the. You can’t have them. They don’t listen or remeber well. Find a dentist that will talk to you and help find solutions.
Update: Saturday morning in ER for Tylenol toxicity because you morons won’t listen to people. Will be here for a day. So thank you for putting me in pain and telling me to do something puts my life in jeopardy. DO NOT GO HERE!
