I have noticed a lot of changes for the better. My son had his first appointment with a dentist a few years ago. The Dentist and staff were all wonderful. He still sees the same wonderful dentist. They take the time and have the patience to make my son feel safe and at ease. He has no fear of the dentist and that's a big deal for anyone. Thank you to the whole office for making our dentist visit a great experience! We do recommend this office to others. Our son is now turning seven in a month and looks forward to his teeth cleaning every time. Our whole family enjoys the cleanings. We are very pleased with this Eugene team.

I have had a fear of dentists for years now and the clinic on Green Acres have completely restored my opinions of dentist! Dr. Ayala has such a gentle and kind way about her, it always puts me completely at ease. From the moment you step into the office you are greeted with smiles, given respect and never left waiting long. The girls at the office are so accommodating and always make me feel welcome and cared for. I truly have never had a bad experience here. They are a very popular clinic so the appointments might be a bit of a wait, but they are definitely worth waiting for. Best dentist office all around I could hope for, I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at this location!

I needed to get an emergency appointment for a client with a disability, we had been at the ER for the dental issue the night before. The client's regular appointment wasn't until December. I called Green Acres and conveyed our distress and need for disability accommodations. The girl on the phone was very kind and compassionate and also suggested reaching out to the Chamber's location to see if there was an opening, which I did. Fortunately, Green Acres called us back right away to get us in that morning. I had reached out the night before to Advantage Dental's emergency main line while at ER. I had call backs from them as well as the Chambers location that day but had already made it in at Green Acres. We are especially grateful to the staff for their help and compassion, as well as the wonderful Dentist. The Dentist was very patient, kind and understanding. He was very thorough and explained what was needed and going on to both the client and I. The client said to them "today you gave me a gift" because they were able to take care of the pain he was in. They are very kind people and worked hard to help us. We are so appreciative, especially with how difficult Covid is making things.

The staff here are so kind. I called with an emergency and they were able to squeeze me in only a couple of days later. Everyone here was helpful, respectful, and took precautions to keep everyone safe during this covid-19 pandemic. As I was waiting outside another patient pulled up to drop off paperwork and wasn’t wearing a mask. She was rude to the sweet woman screening people, yet the Advantage staff were friendly and polite. So quick message to other patients: Stop being rude to people in healthcare! Especially during a time like this! I will definitely be coming back to this location for future services. Thank you to the wonderful people working there!!

Poor experiences with dentist in the past has created an immense amount of anxiety for me . Especially when voicing my fears/anxieties they seem to have no compassion. Treating a patient like human is what makes a great dentist. DDS Erick Seaberg treated my two front teeth that I’ve been struggling with for over a year now. You can’t tell there was ever a flaw to begin with . I felt that he took his time , gave it 110% ,and knew the importance to me as a patient . My confidence will be higher thanks to his excellent dental work . Seaberg has a great presence and attitude making you feel comfortable! So much appreciation

Very helpful and professional office staff. Jen, my dental hygienist, is super good with my teeth. (a challenge!) I enjoy getting them cleaned. All the dentists have been great as well.

I went in today on a appointment that was "squeezed inn" because i needed a root canal finished. I didnt even know if they would have time for the filling. But these ladies got me set up before i even got there. They were very kind and (im a kind of person that is terrified of the dentist) but they made me feel comfortable and they did a amazing job on my tooth!!

Being required to sit outside on a folding chair to fill out forms was very uncomfortable because it was cold and rainy. Them locking the door was quite disconcerting because I traveled from out of town and needed to use the bathroom. I understood the disinfection procedures I was required to do, but I did not feel like I was welcomed in the office. The lady that did my x-rays seemed very nervous and she was rough with putting the x-ray instruments in my jaws. She did not ask if I needed anything to be comfortable in the chair. When I asked to go to the bathroom she acted inconvenienced and even said "please hurry because they only give me a certain length of time to get this done" which explained why she was rough with me. The dentist was nice but I she also seemed rushed and didn't do measurements of my gum recession at all. She and the assistant talked to each other about what she was seeing in my mouth, but shared very little of it with me. Nothing was mentioned about what they saw in the x-rays. The cold test to determine if 2 of my teeth were "dead" didn't make sense and was not explained to me at all. I was given a paper to sign for what their treatment plan was for me but didn't give me any time to read it. A "deep cleaning" was on the list, but was not explained to me. Later it seemed like a bait & switch situation. I was under the impression when I made the appointment that I would be receiving x-rays, exam and cleaning. Instead I was being required to schedule a very expensive cleaning not covered by my insurance. I thought about trying to get the dentist to call me back and explain what was seen in the x-rays and just schedule a regular cleaning, but I really don't even want to go back there. They actually made my blood pressure go up and that rarely happens, usually only if I'm very scared.

Advantage dental on green acres has treated me with much care and has always put my health first. They are all a great team and so are the receptionist! Ana is the one to always answer my calls and try to squeeze me in when I had an emergency. So happy I moved to this dentist!

I’ve been scared to go to the dentist because of these reviews. I finally got myself in and had the best experience with Dr. Ann. She listened to me and helped me with my tooth pain. I never felt judged. Her assistant Trisha is amazing and the way they interacted makes me want to work. I wasn’t expecting to have “fun” but that’s the way I would describe my experience
