I have been going to this practice for a few years now. It is busy and sometimes there is a wait to be seen, but if I ever have an urgent need the girls up front work really hard to get me in. With some patience and flexibility they always take care of me.

Three months waiting for an appt then get there they say they lost my phone number had some random number and that they had to give my apponontment away. I had jus called the week before to ask when and confirm i was going to be there they said no one had taken record so there was nothing they could do! Absolutly not okay. Don't let these people touch you!!!over a year later I still have bone chips shredding through my gums. They forced me to choose 'temporary dentures, then DESTROYED my ONLY EXISTING MOLD OF MY MOUTH. I WAS THREATENED, bullied and made to wait 4 months because I asked for surgical removal instead of out patient. I'm seeking legal action.

My wife went there 3 months ago got exrays and told we'll get you in next available time. 3 months later multiple tilmes calling them we are now going to urgent care and set up for gental dental her pain is terrible this is the worst service I've ever seen.Maybe you shouldn't take a customers insurance and money if you don't have the ability to follow through.

I had a tooth removed on 5-14-19 and was denied pain meds not cool unprofessional
Not to mention the pain was so bad had to go to e.r for something DR.LOONEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE
