I’ve been here twice for an exam and cleanings. Both times the staff has been friendly, kind, and professional. I feel that I received high-level quality care. Also, I appreciate them taking the time to address my dental concerns and questions.

I had an emergency visit to the office due to a chip on my front tooth. Dr. Seaberg examined my tooth and gave me options for repair. He exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job. It’s refreshing to have a dentist that demonstrates care and concern for patients.

Thanks for letting me know that you cancelled my 6/1/20/ 2:30PM appointment without notifying me of the cancellation due to your office being "Temporarily" closed for business. It's a good thing I had to do a Google Maps check to get the photo # or I would have really been mad when I showed for the appointment that was made months ago only to find the office closed until who knows when. When I called them and the Voice mail said to call them after June 15th for appointment availability. Is this considered good business practice now days? Like, how long does it take to make a Courtesy Call to cancel an appointment? What would happen if I had cancelled without notifying them😡

The wait time between appointments is crazy I just needed a cleaning some teeth pulled then some false teeth they were 5 months apart I missed a app guess what another couple months to wait as I'm going through pain and issues I didn't feel like they cared I have to change dentist so I can have sooner appointments

Dr. Seaberg is the best dentist I've ever had in my whole life he literally has changed me as a dental patient. I typically hate the dentist and have apparently attacks both before my appointment and throughout my appointment but not with Dr. Seaberg. He understands what triggers me to panic and has done everything he can to work with me going above and beyond any dentist I've ever seen. Now I literally look forward to my appointments with him because I know there's literally nothing to worry about. The front staff and all the assistants are very nice too. I hope Dr. Seaberg never leaves this location.

Very professional staff. Had a filling done today and my dentist was fantastic! They did an excellent job on my tooth (its in the front so very important to me). Definitely recommend Advantage Dental!

Don't listen to the front office. Listen to the dentist. If you have any work done, get your insurance to pay for the cleaning on 8th or 17th. Be AWARE or be prepared for a "larger than life bill". In 2016, my bill for cleaning was 175.00. The allowance comes 2 months later and United HC will pay 197.00 of the cleaning. My insurance only pays for the cleaning. I ended up with a full mouth x-ray. They will tell you that it is paid by your insurance. (no!!! there is a payment every month whether it is $38 or $42.00 or whatever) Then you sign this waiver for whatever is not paid by the insurance company. I will end up paying the balance. I was stupid. I hadn't seen a dentist in years.

I got a tooth pulled today and even though having a tooth pulled is awful the dentist was very kind, knowledgeable and quick. All of the staff was very kind and understanding about my anxiety disorder as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Im phobic of dentists and have a stuffed bear and my husband with me when seen. But these folks have been fantastic!

1) theyve never made me feel bad for being scared at my age (36).

2) theyve gone out of their way with no wxrra charge to make sure im comfortable and able to get through my appts with as little fear and pain as possible.

3) theyve always made space for my husband to hold my hand.

4) they walk me through the procedure of the appt so that i know whats going on and check in regularly throughout to make sure im still ok.

I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you team, each time i see you, i feel like my smile gets better and better!

What was expected to be just a normal appointment turned into something even greater. Building relationships with business partners and co-workers is important, but building relationships with those who are going to be keeping you healthy for the rest of your life is even more important. Orthodontist specialists Kathy and Dr. Floyd are very detailed and skilled in their profession. Questions, comments, and concerns are listened to carefully as well as the discussion of payment options as finances vary from patient to patient. I highly recommend Advantage Dental to anyone who is looking to get any type of dental work done. Prices are affordable, and most if not all types of dental insurances are accepted.
