Took over a year of revisits and cleanings and cancelled appointments - cancelled by them -before they addressed my problem - a filling had fallen out - and by the time they got to it, my tooth was infected and had to be pulled. I lost a tooth because they were so understaffed and behind any reasonable schedule. I've got more complaints, but I'll leave it at that. BEWARE of these folks!

Was in a lot of discomfort from a filling that had fallen out that I’ve had for years on a baby tooth that had no adult tooth underneath. I called and they got me in the same day. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and they made sure they accommodated meds to me being pregnant and pulled my tooth out! Fast and painless. Highly recommend!

I changed from my last dentist to Advantage because the last dentist didn't do fills or partials. I have Medicare so I don't have dental insurance and paid for a visit and xrays. The dentist said she could do a fill and extract 2 teeth and made me an appointment. The first appointment was five and a half months out and so I waited. On the day of my appointment I was told that that dentist was no longer there and the new one called in sick. They transferred me to the office on 17th and they told me they won't do the fill and it will cost me an extra $1000 for a tooth. I tried to see what I could come up with, but ended up calling back to just get the tooth pulled. They told me that I will need new xrays because now it's over 6 months. I would warn anyone to not go there. Frustrated and angry.

Worst dentist i have EVER been to. First visit looney filled 3/4 of my tooth with amalgam and i pretty much have a metal tooth now. Just recently had a composite facial and back amalgam done on one of my front canines and the surface is all bumpy, you can feel where the seam of the composite is and thebfinish is horrible. over 2 months later STILL sensitive. His famous words after his visits are, if you experience and swelling or pain, contact us, as we.might need to do and extraction or root canal lmao In the process of switching providers...

Waited 7 months for a filling appointment to have the dentist cancel last minute then advantage says I need to wait another 6 months because they have only one dentist that does fillings. Dentist are always in short staff so long wait time 6+ months on anything is expected sadly.

Dr Anne Steinberg, DMD MCOI, MAAIP and her dental assistant/tech, Jenna were fabulous! Both are highly professional and personable. Together they exceeded my expectations for this emergency evaluation of a broken tooth. They listened to my special needs and made accommodations to meet them. They were able to repair my tooth today! I would highly recommend these two dental professionals. Now if Advantage Dental could find a way to hold onto their professional staff for more than 2 consecutive visits that would be marvelous.

Worst dentist's office I've been to. They don't book enough time to do hardly anything on a regular visit so you'll have to reschedule. If you have a horribly painful emergency, don't expect to have that pain gone with your first visit because they won't have time to do it. Dentist comes in for 5 minutes then bills your insurance for an emergency visit.

Terrible place. If you have insurance through the state they will constantly tell you what your insurance will not cover. They will also tell you that certain services are too expensive for you. They are not nice or friendly. I left feeling pretty bad. I luckily have other options for dental care, but recognize that many others don’t. As humans we deserve to be treated better.
