Attentive staff and clear explanations make for a great dental experience. I really appreciate the transparency on costs so there are never any surprise bills. I recently got a crown and am so happy with the results, I've got a golden tooth now!

If you want a good experience at the dentist, this should be your destination. The staff is efficient, but to me most important is they are genuinely HAPPY to see you. If you are looking for a patient, very competent, caring, and gentle dentist and assisting staff, this definitely should be your destination. I have found my experience to be all of these things. And they give the best hugs.

Excellent! Staff was very friendly, informative, efficient, and knowledgeable! Office personnel went above and beyond! Beca got additional information for me and called me at home to follow up with "how to" get a BCBS dental plan, after researching it. The xray tech went out of her way to be friendly. LOVE 💘 my new dentist and technicians there! Thank you for an awesome experience for my husband, as well.

Made a first appointment for my daughter and I. I showed up early to fill out all the paperwork and read through, in detail, some of the pages at the end of the packet where they required initialing for acknowledgment. These pages were asking me to acknowledge receiving a treatment plan that was supposed to be attached (which it was not...I had not even seen the dentist yet, mind you), as well as agreeing that I had been counseled on antibiotics, etc. (I hadn't even seen the dentist yet). When I asked the receptionist if it was alright that I hold off to initial until after my cleaning and x-rays she informed that No, I needed to initial EVERYTHING prior to seeing the dentist (WHAT?!), and that they do not do cleanings on the first visit (WHAT?!). Why the hour-long appointment that I've taken time off of work for and my daughter out of school? The receptionist was incredibly rude to me after I asked questions about initialing. I have never been to a dental office where the first appointment is an hour long with no cleaning and only x-rays (I'm assuming they probably have you sit there for most of the hour, like many of the negative reviews here state). They need to disclose on the phone when making the initial appointment that you will need to make a second appointment for a "healthy mouth cleaning" as she called it. More time off work and another charge for an office visit. Just wow. The rudeness of the woman at the front desk was over the top. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very nice office,nice and clean and in a very good location right off 6th Street. The staff at the front were great and efficient. My cleaning went really well and the hygienist was a lovely person. Thank you Bright Now Dental I'll see you guys in 6 months.

Knowledgeable & kind!! I know I’ve had some dental issues that were long overdue to be addressed. Having been to dentists in the past that chastise you for not taking care of it immediately (like dental insurance grows on trees), I was expecting another lecture. Everyone I interacted with there was professional and kind! Highly recommend!!
