I had a TERRIBLE time at bright now. The procedure was painful, and not well explained beforehand. The staff and doctor seemed distracted and left me sitting in a chair for almost an hour. When I was leaving and made clear I was upset and would not be coming in for more work, they were rude and uncaring. I have been going to dentists all my life and I have never had such a bad experience. They will not get any more of my business.

This is the best dentist ever! If you hate going to the dentist, then you have to switch to bright now dental! My entire family, ages 3, 10, 29, 42, 54 and 66, love going to the dentist!!! Who can say that?? You can, if you chose to go here! From the front desk, to out of the chair, I can honestly say, I leave here with a smile! True story

Very agitated was referred here by a friend I work with and said they take our Union insurance since I started going there I've had many many x-rays but not much work done my daughter tried to get in for a crown which took 2 hours last time because the first gentleman messed up and didn't get all the debris out she ended up with a sore we tried to call in advance to let them know and they said this would be the third cancellation that we no longer could be seen but she could still try to come in and just sit in the office trying to get her crown very disappointed in their service even though they canceled with me numerous other times but nothing was mentioned of that I've been many other places and they have never told me you'd be canceled as a patient after Time number three
