I love Bright Now Dental! This dental office is hands down the best dental office office I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Not only are the staff, from the front office to the dental assistants and the dentist's great, they are gentle and nonjudgemental. I felt very cared for and will gladly travel from Medford to Grant's pass just to keep them as my dentist!!!

My daughter went there for a cleaning before seeing her orthodontic for braces. Her orthodontic doctor told us that he might have to perform a skin graft on my daughters gums because they had receded so badly. When we came to Bright Now the doctor there immediately saw the problem, and a hygienist went to work on a special cleaning to clear out the bacteria under her gums, and was told to come back for a regular cleaning. She came back the following week and had her regular cleaning without incident.
A week later my daughter arrived at her orthodontic's office, and the doctor looked inside her mouth and was blown away by the improvement of her gums. He wanted to know who had done the work so he could recommend people. He already knew of Bright Now from other clients.
Bright Now saved my daughter a tremendous amount of unnecessary pain, and thousands of dollars. The team there (and it is a team) is great, caring, compassionate and know what they are doing. They are keepers. We wont go anywhere else.

Haveing had a lot of work done myself, a root canal, a cleaning, and at least a dozen fillings. I can say with confidence that "Bright Now! Dental" has the most gentle and compassionate staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have been to dentists where the whole experience feels like a punishment, like you should be paying penitents for seeking the help of professionals. "Bright Now" is NOT that kind of dentist. They didn't look in my mouth and judge my neglect, they sympathized with my pain and did everything they could to minimize it. Empathy, that's what makes a good doctor, and they have it in spades.

I love Dr. Wellman. She has an amazing chairside manner and a gentle touch. After I found out she was recognized nationally at Bright Now for her customer service I now recommend her all my friends. This is not the same Bright Now from 5 years ago and their new office is beautiful.
