I have been looking for a Dentist for A few years now! Didnt want to go to a Dentist That just looked at you as a #.. From the first Visit I was treated like family.. The staff is super helpful.I was able to get right in.. Affordable too... I actually look forward to building a relationship with Bright Now For all my future Dental work! Would recommend This office to all my friends!

Becca is one of my favorite people here, super friendly and helpful. Liz is a godsend, she helped my wife (who was terrified of the dentist) get all of her work and finally got her to no cavities. All around the office has a very good vibe and welcome to it.

My dentist and hygienist were great, however poor time and office management. I sat in the chair for an hour after my cleaning and being numbed waiting for a filling. Finally when I got up to ask what was going on they said it would be an additional 15-20 minutes which I waited for so I wouldn’t have to come back. A month after I received a bill that was different than spoken about in the office, when I called to question it I was spoken to like I was incompetent by their office manager. I don’t plan on returning or recommending this office to anyone after being spoken to like that.

I was so thankful to find this dental center! I recently relocated from Northern California and my tooth broke. They got me in quickly and the staff was amazing! It was a painless procedure as was the cost! Literally less than 1/2 the cost of my previous dental provider.

New to area and establishing care. 11am apt showed up at 11. Other patients in front of me signing in for 1110 apt. At 1120 they call the 1110 patients back. At 1130 they call me back. I ask is it common to be 30 min behind. Lady passed me off to I am assuming supervisor to answer question. Accuse of such and such. Okay I get it things happen. Then she says their are 3 other patients in from me before I will be seen. My 3 year old is with be by now it’s 1140. I a assuming 2 of those patients are the 1110 that showed up early. But why were they placed in front of me? They chooses to be 10 minutes early. I ended up leaving not wanting to wait in dentist chair I am guessing another 45 min. They should inform you if they are running behind when you check in. And not waste 45 minutes of my time.

Had the worst experience in my whole life. I thought i was going to loose all my teeth including my tongue when Liz O'Connor cleaned my teeth today and I almost got up and left the building because she wasn't gentle as Tia and Susan. Melanie is so sweet. She always have a smile on her face and offers something to drink as soon as I get there. Tia, Susan and Melanie are just the sweetest people I know. Thank you so much for everything you do.
