Phenomenal experience! Mint goes above and beyond. Professional, punctual, and kind staff. Will be returning. Tuan did a great job cleaning my teeth and made me feel very welcome. He even let me watch The Office on Netflix while he worked on me. Love this place!

Had a great experience with the team that worked with me. Would highly recommend. Mary was incredibly friendly when working with me and going through the exam and cleaning process! I will be sticking with them for all of my dental needs.

I had an appointment on 9/25/2020 for dental work. Two fillings were a part of this dental work. Within two weeks’ time, I needed to return to have both fillings redone because the bite was off on one and the other one came out. It’s been about eight months since then and both fillings have come out again, yet I refuse to go back to them for more “correction”. On 4/22/2021 (7 MONTHS LATER), I receive a “SMC Balance Request” for $1570.
I reached out to the individual that sent me the statement on 4/23/2021 asking her to call and explain this invoice to me because it made no sense. I informed her if she didn’t I would be filing formal complaints against this company. NO RESPONSE. I reached out again on May 4, 2021 saying I had not heard back and also informed them that I was still being charged for the Smile Direct Club. NO RESPONSE. I wrote that same individual on May 7, 2021 stating I still had not heard from Mint Dentistry. NO RESPONSE. I want this invoice to be removed, these monthly charges stopped and credited back since February 2021 immediately, and no further communication from Mint Dentistry ever again.

Phenomenal experience OVERALL! All staff were incredible from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I had been an established patient, known by name; however, it was my first visit to MINT ever. Of course I had to sign some documents, there was a very short wait and their whole team was on the same page and ready to roll. I want to thank the whole MINT team - but would like to recognize the folks who made my dental experience one for the keeping...

Keisha - She handled paperwork - check-in/check-out seamlessly.

Dawn - She introduced herself and the team who would be taking care of my treatment from start to finish. As the treatment I needed changed, she always made sure I was aware of all the W's (who, what, when, where, why, how and WHO).

Kayla - She guided me from X-rays, to the next steps: Pandora/Netflix, comfortable message dentist chair and the unexpected customized whitening trays/gel.

Mary - She was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation throughout my teeth cleaning. As much as I hate the part with the water pick thing - she made me forget about it.

Dr. Mensah - Honestly, the most friendly, comforting and transparent dentist I've ever had. I grew up having the same dentist most of my life and over the last 5-years I have popped around. The last dentist I saw told me I had 8 cavities and never made me feel comfortable or confident in her assessment. Dr. Mensah told the truth (I actually had 5), she guided and explained my specific treatment needed and was willing to take care of them all the same day. She is now my dentist for life.

Jalen - What a professional. He assisted Dr. Mensah during my whole treatment and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. He was on top of it...If something was needed...he already had it ready. Him and Dr. Mensah seemed to be on the same page throughout my treatment.

I am not a review writer by any means, but I thought this experience more than deserved it. Again, PHENOMENAL!

This has been the most pleasant dentist appointment I have ever had and that's thanks to the front desk employee Viri. I was just about to cancel my tooth filling but she explained the process and assured me I was in good hands. The staff here is the best. They are very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to check it out. I was reluctant just because I thought it would be expensive but it was actually less expensive thanks to thier smile subscription program.

So far it's been a great experience and the staff it's awesome. They make you feel welcomed and to top it's a super clean environment. Never have a been to a dentist office like this one. Shelley the assistant that started on me was awesome, gentle and very sweet. I recommend for those that are looking where to go I recommend to come to Mint and not to think about it twice.

Tried to setup my first appointment and cleaning with Mint twice. The first time they called the day prior to my appointment to verify my insurance. I had to cancel the appointment as I did not have the time to work with their insurance verification person.

I tried to call back and schedule again, this time communicating my need to complete this verification step while I had the time available. Again I needed to do this not on the day prior to my appointment as I would be working.

I received no help from the scheduling representative and instead was quoted their policy and procedures. I wanted to become their customer, but they didn't want to work with me. Clearly, they don't know the meaning of customer service. Good thing I got to avoid them before we even truly got anything started.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Enjoyed my overall experience. Would highly recommend Mint Dentistry. Was originally worried because of all of the radio commercials, they were a little overwhelming. But honestly was one of my best Dentist experiences. Would highly recommend.

Mint dentistry is a refreshing dental experience! Everyone is so friendly and the office is so pleasant to walk into. Tuan did an amazing job! I have sensitive teeth and with Tuan and I didn't have any pain during my cleaning.
