MINT dentistry | Highland Hotel

I had a great experience at Mint Denistry. Almost no wait time for cleaning or examination. Madison did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I recently had an appointment set for wisdom teeth removal. I called to verify my appointment after getting a very vague email and was told oh everything is fine, that email applies to new patients. I then get a call one day before my appointment to be told that they are canceling the appointment and I need to go somewhere else. She then says we’ve been emailing you, correction you sent ONE email and I called as soon as I got it! As a matter of fact I EMAILED the point of contact listed on the email abd NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would have felt a little better if the young lady that called me could have least ACTED like she cared or showed a bit of sympathy! I will NOT be going back to Mint Dentistry!

I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist to the point that even talking about it makes me break out in nervous sweat. I've had some traumatizing experiences at the dentist in the past even just getting simple fillings where the staff at those places just did not handle the situation well in my opinion. I gave Mint a try after reading good reviews and seeing they offered oral conscious sedation. I went for the consultation last week and met Dr. Kweik and the staff who were all extremely friendly and understanding. They didn't make me feel embarrassed about wanting the sedation even just for 3 little fillings. Today I went and got the fillings done and I was so anxious even the prescribed oral meds did not seem to be working so they put me on nitrous gas. It took about 2 hours for me to relax enough to proceed and the team was absolutely patient and caring the entire time. I never once felt rushed or pressured even when I knew I was taking far longer to calm down than most people. I really appreciate that Dr. Kweik and her team were so kind and patient with me. The 4 shots she gave me were completely painless and the actual fillings were done and over with so quickly. I definitely plan to go back in the future (and hopefully not be so nervous next time) and would recommend Dr. Kweik and the team at Mint Highland to anyone!

5 Star Service I'm going to misspell her name wrong, my apologies . I absolutely love her energy, great conversation and hospitality with Queen of the Hygienists ❤️🏆❤️. My favorite Dr. Carry if I misspelled the King's Name forgive me. Down to not one cavity at all !! Best Visit out of all the years with Mint Dentistry Lake Highland Hotel. Each visit is awesome but today out the icing on the cake. Thanks Again.

It’s my first visit to Mint Dentistry! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appt because they offered new patient paperwork online which I completed beforehand. I was greeted by 3 friendly faces at the front desk. I was taken back by Ian right on schedule to do all the pre stuff. He was very informative and explained what was going to happen next. The Dr then reviewed my x-rays with me. I was given a treatment plan. Overall, it was a super easy going experience! Friendly service and most importantly, no wait time!

I went to Mint Dentistry in Cedar Hill today for the first time, I have to say this is the best Dentistry in the DFW area. Every time I go to the dentist they always trying to up sell you and make you feel like you're at a car dealership!. Other dentist always want you get a deep clean before they do anything else. Not this place! They're very friendly and very professional. They just do what you tell them to do and not what they want to do. I Love it here!!

Mint Dentistry has a very friendly and professional staff. The great experience starts when you’re greeting upon walking in all the way to the dental chair. Always a great experience during my visits.

The staff at Mint Dentistry is the perfect balance of both friendly and professional. The moment I stepped in the door, I felt comfortable and was even offered a complimentary massage in the waiting room! I waited for a total of 5 minutes and was quickly taken back to a private room with a TV and was offered Netflix, Pandora and Hulu while I waited. The front desk staff was very helpful at the end when it came time to discuss payment plans as well. They clearly communicated to me my options and how much each would cost. I felt as though they were giving me the most affordable options and at no point did I feel cheated or gauged. I will definitely be going back!

Excellent, the staff are so professional and they greet you with a smile no matter what. I can't explain how happy I am and I tell everybody about mint Dentistry this is one of a kind Dentistry they have everything in order the answer your questions I mean if they don't know your answer to your question they will find out the answer before you leave the office. I just can't explain how much I love love love going to Mint Dentistry keep up the good work . Your staff is awesome ...

I love Mint!! I don’t even know where to begin! The staff is incredible, every employee I met was courteous and attentive. Elizabeth and Mackenzie made the entire experience so easy! I’ve always hated going to the dentist but I can’t wait to back to Mint!
