The experience was good, thank you for calling me, when you had a cancellation, because I had to cancel my appointments due to Covid and being unable to keep my appointments due to the fact of helping my who lives in Dallas, with his recovery of a foot operation. I have taken my son here for years! We had a bad experience today with the staff (Andromeda) ...I feel like if you don't want to work in cx service then you need to find a different profession. The office manager stepped in and was very nice and handled it. If I was Monarch I would look into hiring nicer staff. They almost lost 3 customers today!

Everyone was extremely friendly. The front desk was polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The dental staff & dentist were very polite & sensitive to my pain. I would definitely recommend this office & affordable.

Dr. Toler was awesome and so cheerful! The X-ray tech was very professional and knew exactly what X-rays I needed taken! Really enjoyed the visit with Cindy the hygienist! She gave me some tips on brushing to avoid tarter buildup; and recommend the sonic electric toothbrush to avoid over brushing and wearing down tooth enamel! I appreciated this because I had thought about one, and since she suggested it and Monarch Dental had them, I bought one on the spot! I was very happy with my visit and had a favorable experience!
The Monarch Orthodontist Department is also great!

Absolutely the best in everything! I’ve been with Monarch dental for about 6 months and I’ve never had a complaint. They work effectively and always make me feel comfortable. I love it and I love the way my teeth are now!

The staff, along with Dr. Toler, is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All my life I've been so scared of the dentist, but it's always been a pleasant experience each time I visit. I'm also always impressed by the prices too. I always think I'm going to end up paying more, but I don't!

I have 4 kids, each have gone to a different ortho due to insurance limitations, etc. Hands down monarch has been our best experience, can’t even compare to the other disappointing orthodontic offices we have been too with my 3 older kids. From the moment we stepped into the office in Odessa we were welcomed with friendly staff, that were so helpful and caring. The ortho and techs were amazing, answering all of our questions and doing fantastic work on my daughter. Scheduling is easy and we can get right in, rather then having to wait weeks or months. State of the art equipment and technology as well. I am so happy with our choice to use monarch and would recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic or dental care.

VERY nice employee's. Was a good visit all the way around. Only problem I had was didn't get a call back for a appointment for about 2 months. I had to call them to make a appointment, and when I did I was gonna have to wait ANOTHER 3 months. I asked for a refund and they told me it was gonna take 4-6 weeks for the refund. But I got a call back and they were able to fit me in. Love the place just a bit pricey.
