The hygienist was very nice & friendly & very knowledgeable about her job. The ladies in front are very friendly & courteous & make one feel comfortable, plus they are very nice, also! I have always felt at ease with Monarch Dental in Odessa, Tx.

The office is very clean and inviting! Dr. Toler is amazing, as are his hygienists. Linda is so very friendly and accommodating. Wouldn't use anyone else! Highly recommend them!

So I chose this place because it had great reviews but the people behind the desk were so rude. The only good people here was the the dentist and the dental hygienist. I had so many issues with the front ladies they like to talk down to you and I had a hard time knowing that I was about to spend over 600 dollars in dental work for them to do that. I was at the dentist for 3 hours for them to do x-rays and to check on my cavities which when I was back in California I already had all this done and showed where everything was at. The dentist couldn’t find 2 of them and then after I told them numerous times that I didn’t need my teeth cleaned because I had it done a few weeks ago they kept trying so they could get more money. Then I would have people come in the room talk with me and then litterally just leave and I wouldn’t know where they were going and no one would come back till 30-40 minutes later and it was a new person. I also had ladies walking past the door glaring at me numerous times. I won’t go back to this dentist just because of the FRONT LADIES!!!!!!!

Now my second time going and still the best experience! No pain whatsoever. In and out within an hour. Cindi the oral hygienist is amazing🤘🇺🇸

Wonderful! The folks here at Monarch have always made me feel so comfortable. They are caring and nonjudgmental. Please, if you are scared or hesitant to see the dentist because of embarrassment, don't be! If you are scared to be in pain, don't be! They will make sure you are ready before treatment. And.....its affordable. Please don't wait as long as I did to come see these wonderful folks!

Via our insurance plan my husband had to visit this location for 2 teeth to be removed. He dislikes all Drs and is not the ideal patient. However after one visit he highly recommends this office. After such an amazing opinion, i scheduled my own appointments and will have to agree the ladies that work in this office are some of the nicest patient friendly people i have ever dealt with. Front desk all the way back to techs, hygienist and doctor couldnt ask for a better experience. Thank you.

I was seen right at my appointment time and the appointment went so well. Even with my sensitive teeth. She was very good and quick with the deep cleaning. Not to nervous for the other half to be done. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly and professional! I’ve been using Dr. Toler for many years and he is wonderful! The prices are affordable and the work is quality! I highly recommend Monarch Dental to anyone!

Very nice people @ front desk! Great assistants! Dr. Tollar was very helpful and even though he could not find the source of my pain, he listened to me and valued me as a patient! He was caring and kind!
