Save yourself the hassle, very unprofessional and rude. They started on my root canal and did not finish and told me that the next available appointment wasn’t until January 30th. I had my cousin call and they told her the next available appointment was January 16th. They were also planning on having another dentist work on my root canal and did not feel the need to share that information with me. I won’t be going back.

No one particularly like gong to the dentist, but this place is awesome! Here's the thing that really has impressed me, due to my husband losing a job we lost our insurance because the COBRA was just too high. I applied for and got Medicaid for my two kids so if something happened they would be taken care of. Gentle dental not only accepted the Delta plan, they treated me and my kids with respect and didn't act like we deserved lesser service than someone paying cash or with personal insurance. They will be our dentist for as long as we live in Spring and even after we are no longer in need of help with insurance.

Both my kids go to Gentle Dental on FM 2920. They go for their dental needs. My one even to see their orthodontist. Cavities are never fun but Gentle Dental does their best to make it a positive experience. Timely appointments always available.
