They are awesome! I have been going there for years so has my family, so I decided to bring my kids. Ages 4 and 3, they were wonderful with them so gentle and kind. I couldn't have asked for anything else.. Awesome Staff and Doctors!

Would not recommend this place. Even though they are under the Gentle Dental umbrella, they apparently can not share x-rays with other locations. In addition, we had to 2 appointments for my daughter that ended in no treatment because the pediatric dentists there gave contradictory diagnoses. We were referred from a different location to see Dr. Siddiqui. Specifically, Dr Siddiqui stated she was to receive one treatment, so an appointment was made only for her not to be there. Instead we saw Dr. Shin. Dr. Shin stated something completely different and that it could not happen at their practice. So in essence 2 months later and my child still hasn’t received treatment. I’m pulling her from this practice and am tempted to move myself as well. I should send them a bill for me and my husband’s time being wasted.

For someone who's always nervous at the dentist, everyone here made me feel welcome and informed. Two ladies in particular - Erika and Christina, were very kind and answered all of my questions. I'm thankful for them for making my experience so good!
It would be helpful if their website allowed you to view openings and make your own appointment but I was texted and called in advance so they kindly go out of their way to help you remember your appointment.

Prompt on appointment times, the dentist and techs/dental assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked rather quickly but efficiently. They're about a 30 min drive from me but my son has sensory issues and they were great with him. He had no melt downs and anxiety attacks. Will continue to see them.
