ZERO STARS. My nephew went to get his wisdom removed. The Dentist was rude, staff was rude, they asked my sister 4 times If she was sure she was his mom. When the surgery was finished the staff acted like they had no idea who my sister was after she had sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE PEOPLE

I brought my 8 month old in for her first dentist appt. The visit was quick and to the point, being that she only has 2 little teeth lol. Dr. Akerman was who I booked an appt with, but Dr. Patel came in. No complaints. Hope next visit is just as simple and nice.

I mention this because the amount of interaction and patience with the highest level of professionalism i have ever seen in any dental practice was phenomenal. I would and will gladly refer family and friends to this practice. Miss. Mariana and Miss. Denise (i may have misheard her name and I apologize) as well as their colleagues are incredible. WORST DENTIST TO GO TO. My appointment was at 2pm, I made sure to be there like 15 min early so I had time to come out soon because I had somewhere to be afterwards. Around 2:20 they had me go in and sit on a chair and I sat there for an hour and 30 min. I didn’t hear or receive any updates while being there. The ortho saw me at 3:40pm. Just for the ortho to look at my referral paper and tell me they can’t do anything there and that the front office would give me another paper. I was so mad and annoyed that I had to wait for an hour for nothing. He could’ve seen me earlier and send me home.
