I have never had a better experience with my kids at the dentist.. Dr. Carolina Chapellin was not only efficient, kind, patient, and caring she was genuine and playful with the kids.. My kids can actually say they don't mind going to the dentist.. She made them feel so comfortable and they let her give them shots and work on cavities.. I will never take my kids anywhere else.. My sister now will start bringing her kids here and she lives on 290.. Dr. Chapellin is a blessing.. Thank you so much..

Honest! Did not just perform unnecessary procedures for money. I had sensitivity to cold on a tooth after a crown, but no pain... it sounded like I was going to need a root canal, but when the endodontist looked, he said it didn’t need one, and to give the tooth more time. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Nancy Le for a bridge in 2014. The temporary was great but the permanent bridge was the worst nightmare of my life! After 3 tries from the lab she purposely cemented this nasty thing in my mouth that she knew was not right! From the moment she looked at it she knew it was wrong but she permanantly cemented it into my mouth. I saw her the following week. I couldn't eat. The bridge trapped so much food I had to constantly stick my finger in my mouth to remove the food it trapped. Within 5 months the bridge had caused so much damage that I had to have it removed. I was in so much pain during the holidays. I couldn't wait to get that thing out of my mouth. My old dentist had to SAW it out of my mouth. The next month I had to have 2, yes, "two" root canals. After 2 years and $10,000.00 I now have two dead teeth with crowns and no bridge. My front teeth separated and now I have a retainer glued to my teeth that cause me to sometimes speak with a lisp.
I am not done filing complaints against Dr. Nancy Le. I will be filing complaints against the company and with the American Dental Association in Texas against the treatment I received from Dr. Nancy Le and Gentle Dental at 2400 FM 2920 Spring Texas 77388!
