Very courteous staff. The dentist was really friendly. She was able to fix a sensitive tooth problem using fillings and not an expensive root canal (which is what my former dentist recommended). I was quite impressed. It’s not the fanciest office I have been to but the staff more than made up for that.

They were very considerate. My teeth aren't and haven't been in very good shape. They showed me exactly what needs work and gave me a break down of the process that will needed to happen. I walked in very nervous, and left in total understanding. I will say though the process was incredibly painful. I kept saying i felt pain and they would say it should only be pressure. It was pain. For a place with Gentle in the name, they were not all that gentle. I probably wont be back. They were nice, but not for me.

I've been a patient here for along time and have never been less than completely satisfied with the care. It's a very efficient friendly office, the staff, especially the hygienists are wonderful too to spend time with and make the cleanings a pleasure. The doctors care has always been exceptional. This is our family "go to" dentist for years to come. I would not go or take my kids anywhere else. EVER!

As always, great experience with gentle dental. Both my daughter and I go here and are very happy with our services. I just go for cleanings, and she goes for cleanings and ortho. Affordable services, clean facility, nice people.

I went in for a teeth cleaning. I told them it had been a few years since i had a cleaning done. Before they even looked in my mouth, the lady told me i needed to reschedule and i would need a deep cleaning. This wouldnt be covered by my insurance and was going to be around $400 and i would need two appointments. I asked them to send email my xray and i was going to get a second opinion. I went to my prior dentist and they said all i needed was a regular cleaning (that is covered by insurance). While they were doing the cleaning they said they couldnt believe the other office said that. I cant stand dishonest dental practices. I would not recommend them to anyone. Always get a second opinion!!!

Love the staff here! They are the best, you know this helps big time when my BIGGEST FEAR is the dentist, they put me at ease and make the procedure go by smoothly. I would recommend to anyone that has a fear of the dentist or just need any work done period!
