This dentist is office is clean and very professional. They took care of a cracked filling and recently did a crown for me. Everything was done perfectly and done right. Dr. Thorup was awesome explained step by step process and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dentist office and Dr. Thorup!

I was referred to this office for dentures repair. I got bad experience overall and feeling that money are way more important than patient care at this office. I was promised that the dentures will be ready the next day by noon. I asked them to give me a call when they will get them back. Haven't heard by 3 pm, so gave them a call. They said that they will find out and call me back right away. Haven't heard back that day, called back and they were already closed. Called the next day and was told that it will take 2-3 days now to get the dentures back. Asked to talk to the doctor or office managers, both were too busy to talk to me. I couldn't wait 2-3 days, especially when was promised dentures to be back the next day. Finally, after several phone calls, they said they will have them ready today at 4 pm. No apologies, never heard back from the doctor or office manager. And they quoted me $100-150, but charged me $240. Which is ok if the service was as promised, but it wasn't at all.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I have been seeing them for several years and the level of service has never changed. From routine cleanings, referrals, and other treatments, I have never had anything other than 5 star care. Thank you, Dr. Theurer and staff for being so great!

I was referred to Dr Theurer by my sister after my daughter had a bad experience somewhere else. So we made the change and the dentist and staff put my daughter at ease and took great care of her. We are glad we switched over to Dr theurer. As I held my daughter's hand today it was limp and relaxed instead of squeezing me from being stressed out.

Dr. Theurer and his staff are great! He is kind, efficient and highly qualified. I had some major jaw pain and he completely fixed it. He has been very thorough in following up to make sure the pain hasn’t returned too.

Dr. Thorup, Dental Hygienist Christopher, and Dental Assistant Juliet, are a well oiled machine! Such a clean office and everyone's so knowledgeable. Their people skills are above and beyond expectation! It's amazing, but they'll always find the time to see you when you're in pain! Their early morning, late night and Saturday schedules can accommodate anyone's schedule.

I go there for the artistry, latest state of the art procedures (that not all dental offices have), and the friendship.

My wife and I have struggled for over a year to find a solid dentist in Utah. Dr. Thorup and his wonderful staff took amazing care of my wife by helping her mend a molar that was heavily impacted by a faulty extraction done to the neighbor tooth by another dentist in Holladay.

Dr. Thorup went far above and beyond to check in with my wife and I on her status knowing that we went to see in during our last two weeks in Utah. It was clear to us that he didn't want her experiencing any pain as we braced our selves for a 30+ hour drive from SLC to Washington, DC.

This practice is top notch on all accounts.

Been going to Dr. Jared Theurer for years now, couldn’t recommend him more. If you’re in the Sugar House and Salt Lake area, he is the dentist to see! Him and his staff always have your best interest at heart, and I know I’m always getting the best treatment out there!

Going to the dentist gives me extreme anxiety, I just have never enjoyed the experience. Your office and all of the people who work there are always so kind and friendly, they go out of their way to make me feel welcome and as comfortable as I can be. I appreciate all that you do!

Sometimes, somehow, you’re just in the right place at the right time - Pure gift. I don’t recall ever writing a review. I’m a perfectionist and follow the simple code “If you can’t say something nice…” but after several months of repeated and wonderfully successful experiences, my conscience requires that I let others know about the much more than exceptional service I’ve enjoyed with Jared Theurer DDS and the rest of his team, particularly the Dental Hygienist LeeAnn Burton.

I lived with several dental issues, including over a year of very annoying to miserably sharp pain. I had within a single month, seen four dentists attempting to resolve the pain issue alone; all to absolutely no avail. Out of exhausting frustration I finally decided to chalk it all up to the aging process, figuring I’d probably have to live with it till my last breath, which hopefully is a long time away.

My wife had always raved about her dentist and was rather bewildered as to why I refused to go see him. But as I stated, I had already seen four dentists, expensive ones, ‘how could seeing this dentist possibly be any different?’ Yet, after months when it came time for a routine cleaning and exam I simply went to my wife’s dentist. They were comprehensive. We started really talking, really communicating, they were listening and asking questions and within that single visit the cause of the pain was not only discovered, but RESOLVED!!! Somehow, what four expensive Park City dentists could not see was recognized and my pain was history! This was more than 6 months ago and not a single pain since! No root canal, just their insightful skill and an adjustment to repair what had not been correctly done by one of the pricier dentist in Park City. Then they continued, exploring some of my other concerns and their earnest desire to really look into my overall well-being and oral care led to great success, satisfaction and my personal health. I truly appreciate these people, the humility and the genuine care they give their patients. The quality of their work inspires me and that’s why I’ve taken the time to write this review.
