I had emergency dental services done here for my son. The dentist on call had to consult with others in the practice before beginning the work. That should have been the first red flag. During the procedure, I asked about a giant, obvious crack he overlooked and he said just keep an eye on it (second red flag). I haven't seen a bill for the services since we got them months ago (third red flag), and today I got a threatening letter telling me to pay up or they are sending the account to collections (fourth red flag). I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Shoddy work (my son has had severe pains in the tooth they worked on. We will have to go elsewhere to get it taken care of), inattention to detail (GIANT CRACK, how do you miss something like that???), billing errors, and probably much more that the general public isn't aware of. I did check my spam folder and it turns out they made one pseudo attempt to send me a bill. 10/17/17: The crack was from his accident and it was not normal, despite what the dental office has said in their reply. It was a diagonal crack all the way across the tooth. After I pointed it out, I was told I should keep an eye on it. If it's normal and nothing to be concerned about, why was I told to watch it and report back if any pain developed and/or discoloration?

I love how they explain things in as little or great detail as you ask. They have all sorts of awesome technology that really makes otherwise undesirable visits truly fascinating. (E.g. crowns) Dr. Theurer is always so friendly and genuine, and the staff are equally friendly and helpful.
