I had called ahead and asked specifically if they take my insurance and they confirmed that they did. During the visit, Jared says that they technically don't take it (at least in-network) but could still perform the work. I asked for a fee schedule and after picking up my jaw, I left the office before I emptied my wallet of all the fees... Shortly after in the mail I get an invoice for $80 for talking to me for 15 minutes... Ended up getting charged fees for NOTHING!! Expensive, regardless of insurance or even if he doesn't do anything except sit in his chair... I usually don't charge people for some quick advice in my profession but apparently I'm just too nice... Ridiculous...

My whole life I was used to 1 hr appointments to fill a cavity. Today Dr. Thorup had me in and out within 20 minutes. The best thing is that I was able to do it without having to request any time off work due to their convenient hours ( open at 6am!)

Dr. Thorup (sp?) is a great guy and a stellar dentist. His work was fast, professional, and painless. Very satisfied with the results. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

I grew up in a third world country and had a handful of bad dental experiences but this, by far, is the worst dental place I have been to in my life. Terrible experience. The staff repeatedly failed in (1) following up with my insurance company in a timely manner (2) following the insurance company’s practices (3) communicanting what was happening to me. They kept calling me everyday that I have a balance on my account and I had to explain why. They tried to convince me that’s very normal with insurance companies. I wasted hours of my time trying to figure out what was going on by speaking to my insurance company and telling the staff what they need to do. I eventually had to pay 95% of my scaling and root costs out of pocket because of the above reasons. Don’t be deceived by the good reviews, you will be robbed in the broad daylight.

Dr. Theurer is the best dentist! He does a great job and is very personable. His staff is so inviting and are willing to help in any way. I would recommend this office to anyone!

My mother in-law recommend the periodontist that my husband sees and Dr. Thorup Is the dentist that is recommended. I had a crown that I had originally done when I was 16 yrs old, so at the time I’m on my 2nd one. He recommended getting a new one as it has a lot of wear on it and I don’t remember when I had done the second one. So I said sure. (In the mean time all the many years back I’ve had pain with this tooth and previous dentist have said there was nothing wrong.) As he took it off there was decay on the remaining tooth and the cotton balls from the root canal that was done was still in there “OMG it was so gross”. As he was done he did a great job fixing it. Now gets the real crown on, I had asked if he can close in the gap and make the crown feel like a “tooth”. When he put it one it fit perfectly, no issues, no fixing or anything. I was so happy!!!! Any others I’ve had they had to be filed down to be able to fit and bite down.
I just love this dentist!!!! Yeppie!!!!

I wasn't happy with my first visit here. I came in because I needed a routine cleaning and needed to be off to work. They were very slow and didn't respect my time. I felt the whole time they were trying to sell me into things and told me for my treatment plan it would be a 1000 dollars and my insurance wouldn't cover Most of it. They diagnosed me with a serious gym disease and will likely be getting a second opinion.Anyway they spent an hour and half trying to sell me things and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned like I wanted. I would not go back.
