Terrible outfit. Incompetent billing department. They incorrectly submitted reimbursement to our dental insurance company. As a result the insurance would not pay the agreed upon amount. They erroneously documented that my husband had a deep plane cleaning done on all 4 quadrants during the same visit. Anyone who has ever had this done knows how ludicrous this is, yet they refuse to correct their mistake. Unfortunately the insurance company cannot simply take our word for it--although they believe the deep plane cleaning was done on 2 different visits since doing all 4 on the same visit violates the customary practice guidelines set forth by the American Dental Association. They have since turned the account over to a collection agency which has been a nightmare. My husband is terminally ill so you can imagine the unbearable stress and turmoil this is causing him and our family. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST--they are incompetent!!!

I have had emergency dental work where Dr. David P. Thorup got me right in and made the necessary repairs. David always follows up with a courtesy call later that evening, a service you do not get everywhere. My family loves this office, Highly Recommend.

They “fixed” a chipped tooth of mine about a year ago. (Quotation marks because it broke again after only a few months) I was told before AND after they fixed it that my insurances covered everything. Almost a year later they sent me a bill in the mail. When I called they said I was getting billed now because I was previously on a different account and the bill just wasn’t being sent to me. However, the people on that original account were also sent large bills for procedures they previously said were covered. Very shady business. Employees clearly don’t know what they’re doing, and now I have to pay the price. Don’t go here.

I had an emergency dental situation where my crown came off. This dentist was able to get me in the same day (Friday) and made sure all was good. Highly recommended! They are open Friday and Saturday (most dentists aren't)!
