Everyone was great. They were professional but friendly, knowledgeable, kind, asked me mulriple times if I was doing ok since dentists make me extremely anxious, reassured me....they were wonderful.

Don't go to a dentist next to a 7-11! I am writing this review to help save others from the pain and agony that I went through. Please do not go here. Never had any tooth pain before I went to this dentist. My first experience with this dentist office included a "routine" cleaning that took 2 hours! The worst part of the cleaning was actually the x-rays - the mouthpiece cut my mouth up and was like having a bunch of sharp legos in my mouth. Xrays should be so simple and painless. The visit was so excruciatingly long that I thought I was on the old MTV show Boiling Points, and they were waiting to see how long before I would break. If that wasn't enough, they tried to sell fluoride, a cancer screening, etc., etc. (things that most other dentists include in a normal dental visit) throughout the cleaning and when I declined them, I had to sign a waiver document each time. If you have to sign a waiver at a dentist, something is not right. If that wasn't enough, I came back for a "preventive restoration" for some staining on a tooth (not even a cavity). I later found out that this was completely not covered by my insurance. It actually involved drilling into my tooth for which they refused multiple times to give me an anesthetic and had to yell at them to stop drilling when I could no longer take the pain. The "preventive restoration" never stop hurting after the visit and whenever I called they said give it more time to heal. So after a year of pain I finally got courage to see a new dentist. Apparently my tooth was all cracked up. Ended up having to get a root canal and crown. My additional advice is that if your tooth is not hurting you and there is no cavity - leave the tooth alone and don't get talked into a preventive restoration.

I was way overdue for a cleaning and decided to give Complete Dental Care a try. They’re open late/ weekends and their staff is friendly and efficient. I’m already scheduled for my next cleaning in 6 months :)

I found this dentist office online. I needed to find a dentist quickly, because I had not seen a dentist in many years. I came into the office for what I thought was just a cap for a previous root canel I had completed, but it turns out I needed a lot more things done. The staff at this office is so amazing!!! They treat you like you're family, they always follow up with reminders of your appointments without fail, and they call the next day to check on how you're doing after your treament. I travel from Petersburg VA. to come to this office, that in itself speaks volumns. Go see them, you will be a patient for life. :)

Excellent experience! Everyone was super nice explained everything very thoroughly; I enjoyed my visit at first I was nervous but the staff opened up almost instantly and it made my visit feel more familiar than new .

Everyone is very nice but I feel that I came in for this appointment and maybe someone should have told me not to come in they would have check my chart ahead of time. I have never came in before on dentist appointment and it was a mistake The doctor was very understanding and very nice

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to the dentist welcomed me, provided detail explanations and made sure I did not leave without answering ALL my questions. It was a great experience.
