I had not been to a dentist in over two years so I was very nervous to go back, especially at a time where covid restrictions are in order. But I am so glad I chose complete dental. Right when you call they are super nice and polite. Then when you get inside the hygienist explains everything she is doing for to you and shows you all of your xrays and scans. The dentist went over all of my concerns and reassured me I had done great with my teeth despite not getting them cleaned and checked for over 2 years. I have never had a dentist so far who actually goes into such details. Very happy with the service I received.

I've been to this office twice and everyone is so friendly! Going to the dentist can be a scary event for some, but this office takes that away. They explain everything and ensure that you understand and are comfortable. I really appreciate that they present all prices to you before performing any work. I was amazed by all of the technology and I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone!

I had a dental emergency and couldn't get anywhere and Complete Dental took me and the same day just hours after I called. I just moved here from a different state and Dr. Chen was the first medical professional that went over and beyond with my care. I am a recent cancer survivor and she wanted to be sure before doing any procedure that it was okay with all my doctors and not to cause anymore harm to me. She made me feel like a person and not just a number or a dollar sign. I really appreciated that and highly recommend to get your dental needs here.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to and very up to date with the latest technologies! I had a 3D image made of my teeth to visualize if I was wearing them down anywhere, crazy!! Super fun, nice, high-energy team. 10/10 would recommend!

I had the worse luck right before Christmas, my crown came off! Luckily the amazing staff at complete dental care of Richmond was able to fit me in right away. Everyone was amazing from the front desk Shannon that schedule me to the dental assistant Lisa who made sure I was comfortable during the process. I loved how open, honest, and patient Dr. Chen was about the treatment needed. She was willing to answer all my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. If you are needing a new dental home, this is definitely the place to go especially if you want a dental office that feels like home!

I called ahead for emergency work and was lucky enough to get in because of a cancelation. They took the Covid-19 precautions very serious and I felt completely safe. The clinic was immaculate and the staff was super nice, very professional.
The dentist was on point, he explained my options and did not pressure me to get a procedure I didn't want. He made every effort to insure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain throughout the whole procedure. I was very happy with my visit an plan to return for any future work.

I really enjoy the service at this location. All of the staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist and the dentist are excellent with compassionate care and informative care. I felt respected and understood during my appointment and during any calls leading up to the appointment. I have bad experiences In the past with dentists trying to shame me for the condition of my teeth and being insensitive about the pain they were causing. This dentist will give you breaks and will be respectful of your needs. I would recommend it to anyone.
