I want to say that the staff at the Midlothian location is the best ever!!! I had a terrible consultation with a popular dentist, and I left in tears. He offered no options ,just a very 'cold' diagnosis. I then went for the same x-ray and consideration with the team at Complete Dental Care of Richmond, and immediately had a different experience. I was handle with care and respect, and was offered several different options. The team came up with a plan that would ensure great results ; and I was included in it step by step! I am excited before and during each visit. Thanks to Dr. chen, Kierra, Shannon, Alicia, Sebi, Lisa, Marquis, and Sarah; for caring .

The office is absolutely beautiful and modern .. TV's in every room . They offer bottled water and a warm blanket if needed. Love this place!

A coworker of mine referred me to this office after I complained of a constant headache and toothache due to an impacted wisdom tooth. The staff at this office was very friendly from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in fairly quickly! The receptionist greeted me with a welcoming smile when I entered for my visit. She also walked me through my paperwork and verified that they were within my insurance coverage. They explained what would be done during my visit and answered all questions I had. Usually I dread going to the dentist, but I looked forward to this visit due to the pain and I left feeling so much better. They even followed up with me a few days later to see how I was doing! I don't normally bother to leave a review unless I have a horrible experience, but this was one that was necessary due to the excellent customer service I received before, during, AND after my appointment. I will definitely be returning her for my routine cleanings and dental appointments!

Complete Dental Care staff is very friendly, caring, funny, patience, and concerned. I have been going there for two years now. I do not have one complaint. Staff members treat you just like family, if I had to pick one staff member who is awesome, it would be very hard to choose. Dr. B entire staff is PHENOMENAL, they are like Allstate, you are in good hands!! I recommend anyone to go there.

Very professional and very personable staff. My first crown there and felt no discomfort at all during the process. They ask how you are doing along the way. Dr Ho was wonderful. I am always scared in the dental chair but they actually made it a very tolerable (almost pleasant?) experience. I highly recommend using their services.
