Complete Dental Care of Richmond

love the dentist and nurses (?) there, flexible enough hours for my time, and understanding of my comfort level- but would strongly not recommend doing a credit plan with mysmilecare if you plan to pay it off reliably

I had an amazing experience here, everyone that works in this office is so kind and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and completely at ease with everything going on and does their best to make sure that all of your need are taken care of. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

All my experiences have been great but today I’m not real happy. Went for tooth pain and expecting the tooth to be removed and out of pain finally. They basically did x rays gave me two options and to come back Monday. They didn’t fix the issue of the pain. I basically paid them to tell me to come back Monday and pay more money for them to address the issue. Not real happy and still in pain.

As someone who wants to become a hygienist I loved my visit with Dr. Durham and my hygienist Alicia. I came for my cleaning and exam and not only did Alicia do great on my cleaning (I usually hate probing) but she also gave me some great advice for Hygiene school! Dr. Durham was very clear with what I needed to have done and answered all my questions. Looking forward to my next visit

I drove all the way from Newport News to see Dr. Barbato because i needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted on a Saturday. The office was very nice and clean the staff was very friendly and Dr. Barbato took her time and did a great job. I would take the drive again if needed

I have been going to this location for approx 1 year now, at first I enjoyed the staff and the service I received however, since I received my first deep cleaning back last summer and the doctors and other staff have changed. I believe that their business practices have changed as well. First off, I feel rushed whenever I have a cleaning done there, the new hygienist I have been given is not very gentle at all and the dentist seems too busy to be bothered.
The worst thing about being seen there now is the rising costs of fees. I received a deep cleaning last summer and now every time I go in I am scheduled for a deep cleaning, without my consent, therefore my insurance never covers the full cost of my treatment.
I was extremely unhappy when I was informed after my cleaning that there would still be a balance that I was responsible to pay for what I believed would be a routine 6 month cleaning. I was never informed about "needing a special cleaning" from here on out due to having had a deep cleaning service in the past.
I will definitely be seeking another dental provider, I pay very high premiums for my insurance and look forward to my covered routine services that I am due, not surprise extra costs with each visit. Shame on you Complete dental care of Richmond, I used to be so happy with the services there, that I recommended them to others, I will no longer be doing that.

I was taken in to see Alicia, the hygienist, soon after I arrived. She is amazingly gentle, thorough and thoughtful. The whole team at Complete Dental were very helpful. I'll be back in 6 months.

Very friendly and caring staff. Reasonable price especially if you don't have dental insurance.

Love Complete dental care. They are like family. I have been going there for about 5 years now. Awesome people.
