I’m a new patient and I had to cancel my initial appointment with incredibly short notice. I don’t know how, but they were able to fit my exam and my cleaning in the very next morning. The front desk staff, X-Ray Tech, and Dental Hygienist were super friendly, and Dr. Sterling has great bedside manner. I’m not from Richmond, and I’m glad to have found a new dentist office as caring as this one.
