Just make sure to check your insurance before going because after the practice was bought by the new dentist, certain insurances are no longer in-network that have been in the past with Dr. Sterling. Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way. They said they sent a letter out notifying patients in September, but my appointment was in January and I did not remember. I was not reminded of this when they called to confirm my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was flustered because I was running late since they asked me day of to move my appointment time up and I had a meeting right before it. I just wish there had been more clarity prior to me getting work done because it cost me 3 times more than it would have if I had been in-network. I have been going to this practice for 25 years, so this situation is just very disappointing.
