I didn’t have a dentist so I called their practice because I was experiencing pain in my back tooth. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone there has amazing customer service. The dentist does a great job as well. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and available to help you. I like that there are no hidden fees when it comes time for payment either. They have a long term customer.

Nov 2nd revision: Abby has basically retired and with that said changes have their way into modern business as they should. Yesterday a 30 second "evaluation" on a broke crown cost me $90 ( no insurance ) . Truthfully I could have stayed home and saved money until I was ready to spend the money for the replacement, Lesson learned.
THE ONE.. THE ONLY.. THE LEGEND..ABBY. I cannot say enough good things about this man as a dentist and person one small paragraph. He has worked on my and my family’s mouth through the worst finical times of my life and has always made sure I’ve revived proper dental care at reasonable rates. Am I biased a little,?? heck ya and proud of it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Drs Horwitz, Dorfman and Shuck always treat their patients with kindness, compassion and respect. Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I am a fearful dental patient and Dr Dorfman does a wonderful job putting me at ease. I’m usually on a tight schedule & can count on being seen on time. They have all the modern technology! No more oooey goooey impressions or sharp edged X-ray films. It’s all digital now. They even do Invisalign and cosmetic work. This office can meet your entire family’s dental needs.

Going to the dentist sucks, but these guys make it tolerable. Thanks to Dr. Dorfman and the wonderful staff for making my first visit in two years less than miserable. That’s saying something!

They were very accommodating as far as getting an apt quickly. My mouth was in bad shape and they were able to see me the same day I called! However, the main dentist dude looked at my mouth and stated that I needed a deep cleaning and he couldn’t help me. I then told him my history with dental and how this pain was escalating quickly. He still sent me away with no help. I ended up at a different dentist two days later with a high fever and bad infection in my mouth then being put on antibiotics and needing a procedure done after the infection had healed. LISTEN TO YOU PATIENTS BRO.

This practice is second to none. Their facility is state of the art, the staff is as friendly as they are skilled, and they are always attentive to my dental needs. During my last cleaning, I mentioned that it felt like I had a bony growth on the inside of my jaw to the hygienist. Next thing I know, Dr. Shuck made time to come do a full exam and deal with it. World class.

I don’t know where to Start... I was beginning to think Good Customer Service was a thing of the Past UNTIL I EXPERIENCED THE MOST WONDERFUL Service with this Group!!!!! If I could give them 10 Stars ⭐️ I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! The level of Professionalism was TOPS and might I say once Again VERY REFRESHING to experience in this day and age. I was referred to the Art of Dentistry... feeling like my Previous practice was more about the up sell than my needs. From the minute I walked through the door my needs were catered to and not once did I feel like they were trying to push anything on me that wasn’t necessary! Jennifer my Hygienist was AMAZING 🤩.... Absolutely love coming here. My regularly dental hygienist is so sweet and listens to my comments and concerns with my teeth. And they office really try’s to make everything convenient for the clients. I need a cavity filled and they were able to make my 6 month cleaning and filling back to back on the same day. This is really worth the drive for me to stick with them.
