My appointment was sceduled for 8:30 am and I waited 15 minutes to get in. I had x-rays,
then went back to sit in dentist chair. I answered questions about my teeth and then waited about 1 1/2 hours to see dentist.

Aspen dental is fraud and scam. You pay upfront then they send you the bill over and over. You call them, they say we're going to fix the issue but they keep sending you the bill over over with inconsistent amounts. Yes for a class action lawsuit against Aspen dental. I signed my name already.

Well it's Sunday night and my lower lip is still numb. My gums still hurt and I can't wear my lower plate. I also can't feel a stud on the left side of my jaw. I wish I weren't still in pain.

Ideal dentist. Unlike most in the EAU area, very private examining and cleaning areas; great online access; fantastic email reminder system which works well with Outlook, Google, etc; seems to take most employer insurance.

Very friendly staff. They worked with me with my concerns and were not pushy on more recommendations on what needed to be done. Melissa was very friendly and explained everything as far as pricing and procedures.

I know I needed dental work and instead of telling me what I did wrong, I was told what the game plan was to go forward and what we , and I emphasize the word WE, were going to do to get back to a healthy mouth. I was treated with respect and talked to like a human being, not just another client who was giving them money.

AWFUL experience. The office is unorganized and the staff are unprofessional and rude. I drove 2.5 hours for my appointment with them, every single minute of which I regret. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere at all costs.
