Most of the staff made me feel very welcome, with the exception of one, who needs some improvement on their people skills. They were great at explaining things and working with you. This was my first evaluation appointment.

I have never liked the dentist since I was a little girl, this is the only dentist I do not have to be sedated at you never see them coming with the needle and they numb you before they even poke you! Everyone is super kind and knows what they are doing. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!

The girl who cleaned my teeth was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I got my appt set up for 6 months from now and they said I had to have xrays done. I have recently had many xrays done at the endodontist and asked if I would be able to go without the xrays this time around. The receptionist was so rude to me. She kept telling me that I'd have to take it up with "the girl," next time I came in and when I asked if I would be able to go without xrays this time she snapped on me and then didn't say another word to me, so I just awkwardly got up and left. I'm highly considering changing dentists bc she made me feel so uncomfortable.

I am very satisfied with Aspen Dental Eau Claire, if I had to do it over I would certainly go to them. I have been to several dentist officies I would never go back to because they did what they wanted and not what I wanted, in the end it ended being what I wanted and cost me many extra $. It got so I would avoid going to the dentist until I absolutly had too.

The staff was very friendly and explained everything good. I felt comfortable. And I will finish getting the dentures. They are awesome
