Aspen Dental

Today was the first time I have been to the dentist in over 5 years. It's not because I don't like the dentist, I am just lazy and had no real reason to go. However, I looked at how much I spend on insurance for my dental plan and figured I might as well start taking advantage of what I had been paying for and at least go get my free cleanings. My appointment was early in the morning (not a fan) because it had to be rescheduled to a day that I had to work. Nothing against having it rescheduled, I am just NOT a morning person. Anyway, my experience at Aspen Dental was very pleasant. I walked in, was greeted by a nice lady at the desk who helped get me checked in. I waited for 30 seconds before Alex introduced himself and brought me back for my exam. He was SOOO NICE. He actually seemed to enjoy his job, which is rare these days. I also met the dentist for about 30 seconds, filled me in on next steps, and asked if I had any questions. He was also very nice. After chatting with him, Alex helped set up some follow up appointments for me to come back to have some work done. He pulled up my tab for what I owed (for my future appointments; this one was free), and let's just say I am happy I have insurance haha. Anyway, I will leave a follow-up review after my next two visits. If today is any indication for how those visits are going to go, then I will be a happy camper, even if I do have to keep my mouth open for an hour and a half (lesson learned for waiting 5 years to schedule an appointment). Overall, 10/10 appointment today.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. My cleaning was gentle (I know!) and quick. Heather was very personable and communicated everything she was doing and why. They explained everything I was getting for my $ and gave me a detailed list of what I was paying for. And, it was cheaper than I expected.

Overall the staff was very nice to work with! The assistant Brittany was easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable during my first visit at Aspen. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I was able to get my cleaning done on the same day as well, which was super nice. Skyler, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was a pleasure to worth with and did a great job explaining everything she was doing while also giving me tips for things I need to work on at home. I will definitely be returning for future needs and cleanings!

I hate going to the dentist because it causes me a great deal of anxiety. My crown fell off last night while eating a piece of taffy (I know..bad choice) so I called Aspen dental today and told them my problem. They got me an appointment today at 3:15pm. I brought my crown with me and they put it back on. I was super stressed the whole time...I mean hands sweating and almost in tears. All of the employees I had contact with were great and tried to ease my worries. I liked these people so much that I stayed for an examination so that I could schedule a cleaning. I will be going back for my cleaning soon and they made sure to work with my schedule.

Made an appointment for extraction. Got there and was told by dentist that he couldn't possibly remove tooth given his schedule. I specifically made a tooth extraction appointment, as I've done in the past at this building, but was not believed. Doctor said rudely, a few times, that I was welcome to look at his schedule and how I didn't fit into it.

Waist of time. The assistants were great though. Thank you, ladies.

I am so grateful for the Eau Claire Aspen Dental. I have been struggling with wisdom tooth problems, and from the moment I walked in, I immediately felt the genuine kindness and care from the entire staff. Dr. Kasana was so wonderful and Hannah helped me figure out a treatment plan that worked for my budget. Amazing people and incredible customer service. <3

My experience today at Aspen Dental was fantastic. The staff there is very professional, informative, and on top of there game there.

Everyone was very courteous and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I would like everyone who is looking for an exceptional dental experience to know about the new Aspen Dental in the Bullhead area. My Aspen dental adventure began in Florida. I was given a procedure and a price before I traveled to Eau Claire WI. Where my daughter and son both live. There I received another opinion. They decided to keep my healthy teeth, top and bottom. I was thrilled they were willing to make changes to my advantage including a better total price with a refund. Now I am back in Arizona, where I live and they were able to transfer everything. Here in Arizona they set up appts. And agreed to the procedure, added a cleaning program with the best dental hygienists for the same agreed price as in Wisconsin. What a plus to have Aspen Dental being Nation wide, and having such great Doctors and staff. Thank you!

Wonderful and friendly staff. Very caring. I was impressed by how informative and knowledgeable everyone was and up to date. I would highly recommend.
