Had an amazing experience at Aspen dental all of the staff walked me through all the steps before my daughter went back to get examined by both the hygienist and dentist. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dental assistant was really gentle with my daughter while doing the x-rays. Melissa, walking me through payment and setting me up with a schedule to get my daughters teeth cavities filled, in a timely manner!

I came in to do a new patient exam. When I called to set up and appointment, the lady mentioned a "treatment plan". I thought okay I'll just go in and get my teeth cleaned and say no to whatever plan they are talking about, no big deal. When I arrived at my appointment, one of the first things someone said to me was about a treatment plan....again I kind of brushed it off. I ended up taking probably 15 x-rays and a 3d scan and the dentist mentions a treatment plan....okay. Then the technician takes off my bib and says okay the office manager is ready to see you. I said ummm what about getting my teeth cleaned? Oh we don't have time for that today but we can definitely schedule that for you. I talk to the office manager and she says for my "plan" they are recommending a deep cleaning as well as a prophylaxis cleaning and normally it's $404 dollars but with my dental insurance I can get it for the low price of $202.

I said I have never ever been to a dentist and not had my teeth cleaned, and I have moved all over the country going to dentists in different states. I ended up walking out. The whole experience felt like they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I'd never go to an Aspen Dental ever again.

I went in for dentures, replacements, because I have been wearing dentures for 10 years. I was told to wait 10 minutes and the office manager would discuss a treatment plan with me. I do not need a treatment plan I need dentures. After 25 minutes I was informed that the person who does impressions was not there. I inquired as to why they would make an appointment for replacement dentures during a time that the tech was not there and was again told I would need to talk to the office manager. After waiting a total of 1 hour I left without speaking with the office manager because she was still busy with another patient and I was told to wait another 20 minutes. On my way out the office manager informed me in a less than friendly Tone that she tried calling me the day before to let me know of the situation but I do not have voice mail and no record of an incoming call was on my phone logs. I will not go back and recommend you don't either.

We had to change dentist because insurance change... So I knew my girls would be nervous. The staff was excellent and worked well with both a 5 and 7 year old today!! I only give 4 out 5 because they are not willling to do some cavities on my 7 year old because they do not have " laughing gas" to put my child under for the cavities procedure. Others it would be a 5 star!! THIS IS FOR THE Eau Claire, WI office.

The waiting room was nice and clean. I had to go to the bathroom and it was dirty, but I let it go since they said they were very busy. Their website talks about a financial plan that is also advertised largely on a window . When I checked in I read about the payments and it mentioned nothing of this other then having to pay the day of your visit. I ended up having to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I went back to the room which had no door which made me really uncomfortable. I sat down on the dentist chair and noticed the stool was filthy. I noticed debris on the window sill . The machine next to me was also dirty and had a lot of erosion. The dentist in the room didn't seem to be ready yet. I waited in there another 20 minutes. Durring this time it seemed as if the dentist didn't really know what she was doing. There was some instrument she needed and didn't have and after she got it didn't have a part to it. She couldn't get it to connect to the computer and another dentist came in to help. After a while she realized it hadn't been cleaned after the previous patient. It must have been pretty disgusting for her to be able to see that. I went in for a cavity that was causing pain. This is what I made my appointment for. When I checked in a cavity wasn't even on the list of reasons for the visit so I checked pain and broken tooth. The dentist also confirmed this was why I was there. After waiting 20 mins in the dentist room I asked if they could do anything for my tooth todau and she said no. The welcome video on their website said if you are in pain they will fix it during this very first visit.

Everyone that I came in contact with made me feel comfortable. Britney, the x-ray person, took the pictures without hurting my mouth. This was a first for my tender gums. I was not left alone sitting in a chair, but taken care of swiftly and courteously. Thank you, everyone at Aspen Dental for making this a very pleasant experience. I will be back.

Amazing people, up front and open about everything from cost, to post visit expectations. Not just smiles (a good business plan for a dentist office) but genuine smiles from everyone in the office. Makes going, not so "scary"

The dentist, the hygienist and the assistant were awesome. Very informative and caring. Then I had to talk to the “office manager” about the filling and cleaning I needed done. As soon as I walked in she made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Extremely awkward and not a positive experience with that aspect of the appointment. Never have I been to a dental appointment where they take you into a room to give you a quote for the work that needed done. Felt very car dealershipish.

These guys are awesome and truly care. I actually looked forward to coming in here each and every time. I had major bone grafting surgery as well as an implant and they made the process seamless! Also the teeth whitening service they provide I strongly recommend. Very satisfied with this Aspen Dental location. I went to a couple of other locations and didn’t get this same experience. Even if you have to drive do it. I cannot say enough about what they were able to do for me and I can feel proud about my smile! 😊 Thank you and job well done.

The Eau Claire office is amazing! I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. They were all so helpful and nice. Brittany is the sweetest thing, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. Now that my teeth are repaired, I've started Invisalign. My teeth are very tight against each other which was damaging them. They made the entire process so easy. It's a wonderful experience any time in there.❤️❤️❤️
