The office I visited turned out to be a very "pleasant" experience. I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years so my mouth was in tough shape. The office in Eau Claire took me in and was very thorough and gentle. A highly professional staff escorted me through all the normal new patient requirements and then made recommendations for further treatment. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional. From someone who does not like dental work, this was truly an almost pleasurable experience. I look forward to a long relationship.

The staff was terrific and made me feel welcome. They took all the embarrassment out of the process of getting dentures, and were compassionate about how sensitive this process is for me. They actually seem to LIKE their jobs, and it shows!! I drive over 3 hours to get to the Eau Claire WI location because their service and staff is worth every mile!! Thank you Aspen Dental!

Not only is everyone there beautiful on the outside but inside.
They are kind, so kind. Funny, so sweet and their repor with each other is so wonderful.
They all know their jobs impeccably
I mean I was so anxiety riddin just because. And the Dentist Dr. Feilen was unlike any dentist I have ever had, she has the greatest bedside manners, sense of humor my anxiety was almost immediately gone. Then there's the Regional Manager I believe from Oconomowoc Wisc. Always had a smile on her pretty face. So kind, so nice. Treated me like I was so special, the way she greeted me checked me in etc. The front dest as well so efficient and friendly, soft spoken and caring. Every person coming in and going out of that office had smiles on their faces. Glad to be at the dental office 🤔 of course they are you are treated like a queen and king. I love this place with these great professionals. They really care!!!!!

they were great! Able to get me in quickly for initial exam and X-rays and then back in 2 days later to take care of a cracked tooth that’s as causing me misery. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.

I had a tooth extracted and the dentist kept me apprised of his progress and what to expect. He treated me with respect and I appreciate his chairside manner. The assistants in the room were outstanding as they kept me comfortable all while keeping the mood light. I appreciated my experience although, I am hopeful I don't have to experience getting a tooth pulled for awhile!

Friendly staff. But I went there to get my denture fixed and they did FULL MOUTH X-RAYS, had a HYGIENIST look at my teeth and do measurements, AND had a DENTIST look at my teeth and check for cavities and give me a PLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even know if I can AFFORD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience here. I hate the dentist and have had really bad experiences feeling judged and bad about myself. But at Aspen Dental in Eau Claire the staff was great. Loved my Doctor, hygienist, and assistant. Highly recommend this place. Especially if previous bad experiences have stopped you from getting dental care.
